Facility needs exterior surveillance!
Pros:

The inside was very clean and nice!

Cons:

The biggest reason for my one-star review is the lack of exterior security cameras. Last night, at least seven vehicles—including my own—had their windows smashed out in the parking lot. While the inside of the hotel is beautiful and the rooms are great, it’s hard to overlook such a major security concern. To say I am frustrated is an understatement. I expected a higher level of security and guest safety. The hotel itself is nice, but the lack of outdoor surveillance is a serious concern and something future guests should be aware of.

Pros:

The kitchen was very well equipped and the shower was amazing. The new design with the water facet on opposite site as the shower head was genius! Bedding was soft and mattress very comfortable.

Pros:

This property was so convenient being right off the interstate. It was fairly new? Or at least it felt newish. Most of all it was so comfortable and clean. Upon opening the door you could tell how clean the room was going to be. Everything was immaculate! The design of the room was excellent as well. The beds and pillows were deliciously soft and comfy; we slept SO well! The kitchenette was a surprise plus it was very well equipped. We have family in the northern KY area and we have raved about this hotel; that if they ever need extra room for guests this is the place!

Pros:

Free parking, good lighting for your cars. Tucked in off the Highway. The rooms are a good size, with comfortable beds and a nice size kitchen if needed. Big plus, has good free coffee in the Lobby.

Staff lets semi trucks stay in parking lot

Cons:

The facility was great. It was nice and quiet until a semi truck was allowed to park in the parking lot right next to the guest rooms. All night the semi truck's motor idle went on and off and the smell of diesel was piped into my room. I complained about it before settling in the for night, but staff did nothing about it. I complained about it in the morning again and staff said they would look into it but no one reached out with any kind of explanation. The parking lot is too narrow to facilitate trucks parking overnight such that they do not impact guest rooms. Regardless of the soundproofing, which was otherwise good, a semi truck parked next to your window is not going to allow you to sleep. I was terribly disappointed as otherwise the place was very good.

rooms are clean

Cons:

the two times me and my boyfriend stayed at the location we both noticed how dry the air quality was. it’s absolutely awful. it was very dry and we both woke up with smokers cough, dry mouths, so much was coming up when coughing, woke up with a bloody nose at the last stay.
