It was nice

Cons:

I was accused of smoking with no evidence of smoke after I left I was charged 215.00 because housekeeping said they thought they smelled wed which I don’t smoke ad I was alone if I was smoking the whole hallway would have smelled they racially profiled me

It was a nice room and some of the staff was really nice

Cons:

Got a complaint about laughing in my room but honestly we wasn't loud but when I went to talk to someone they didn't know what I was talking about SMH no phone call just came up beating on the door

Quiet, clean hotel with small kitchen area in our unit!!!

Also a full-size refrigerator/freezer, stovetop and dishes!!! We cd have cooked if we wanted to!

Pros:

I love this place because it's like a mini apartment. I can cook my own meals, if I want. Perfect fit

Cons:

I bought the travel insurance when I booked this trip. I wasn't sure if I would need to stay as long as I had reserved it for. I no longer was needed here, so I checked out on the 27th of May.
I was told I would be charged for the 27th even though I left before 11. I received an update showing I was billed for my full, original reservation. This is very upsetting to me since I had purchased the travel insurance.
I spoke to someone with Booking.com. I was told the facility would be notified of my early check out, and if they declined to reimburse me then the insurance department would take care of things.
I've been home for a week now and have not heard back from Booking.com. This is a big deciding factor if I'll ever use the site again

Facility needs exterior surveillance!
Pros:

The inside was very clean and nice!

Cons:

The biggest reason for my one-star review is the lack of exterior security cameras. Last night, at least seven vehicles—including my own—had their windows smashed out in the parking lot. While the inside of the hotel is beautiful and the rooms are great, it’s hard to overlook such a major security concern. To say I am frustrated is an understatement. I expected a higher level of security and guest safety. The hotel itself is nice, but the lack of outdoor surveillance is a serious concern and something future guests should be aware of.

Great facility, staff, and convenient to many locations. Would definitel stay here again.

Staff was very professional and friendly. This is hard to find at most hotels these days. One of the best hotel stays we have ever had.
