Good location for Diamondbacks, but have to valet car and room could be cleaner
Pros:

Location was close the Arizona Diamondbacks stadium. The breakfast was good and different foods than the usual. They had spinach bites, which were delicious.

Cons:

Having to use a valet for the car. The air conditioning was not on in my room, so it was 81 degrees when I entered and took almost all night for it to get cool. The room could have been cleaner too.

Cons:

I paid $46 for valet service and specifically advised the workers that my emergency lights were on, requesting that they turn them off once parked. Unfortunately, when it came time for checkout, the supervisor came out to inform me that the rental car was completely dead because the battery had been drained and we would need to contact road side.

While it was incredibly frustrating that my explicit instructions were ignored, I want to give major credit to the supervisor. They were very helpful, stepped up immediately, and were able to get the rental boosted and running again.

I appreciate the supervisor's quick problem-solving, but the valet team needs to pay closer attention to guest requests to avoid leaving people stranded.

Perfect place all the time

This was a great hotel to stay at to experience phoenix downtown.
Pros:

Clean and close to lots of places to eat.

Cons:

Great location and lovely facilities...
Pros:

Great location, great facilities, terrific breakfast, comfy beds, easy access to all the sports and concert venues. We had stayed here previously and wanted to stay again for all these reasons. Ask for a room on the front of the building, it's quieter. Valet service is expensive but they are terrific!

Cons:

Upon arrival, we waited several minutes before the desk clerk showed up to check us in, We went back to the desk to purchase some items from the pantry and we waited again with several others for the desk clerk to return to the desk. As with most properties, our room was supposed to be serviced every other day. We did get service on our third day and housekeeping only made the bed, emptied trash, and replenished towels. Nothing else was restocked -- coffee items, tissues were completely out, no extra TP.

Very Spacious and Confortable
Pros:

Very spacious rooms with full size refrigerator. Convenient location for event at Mortgage Matchup Center

Cons:

Parking was expensive and the valets did not help with luggage. No pool. The ceiling was thin and we could hear a lot of tromping in the room above us
