We would absolutely stay here every time we need to be in Tempe great location, easy parking comfortable bed everything

Room size was nice & comfortable, and Front Desk was helpful.

Cons:

Bldg was noisy, and one of the elevators was on the fritz & then out of commission; breakfast hours ended too early (should be until 10:00 am).
