Nice hotel in handy location.
Pros:

Good location. Helpful and friendly staff. Food in on-site restaurant was nice, although we only ate there once and some choices were not available making it a bit limited.

Cons:

Room was comfortable but aircon (which was needed) was very noisy and rattled regardless of settings. Tea and coffee facilities are a bit basic i.e. paper cups and no spoons just wooden stirrer. Fridge didnt work or wasn't switched on when we arrived and so smelt so we just didnt use it.

After complaint the hotel staff made it right & we were able to chill after the chaos
