10 out of 10. If I travel back to Nashville I will continue to stay there.
Pros:

Very clean hotel. Rooms were excellent and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They continued to offer advice on were to go and would chat with you for extended periods.

Cons:

Everything was perfect. there is nothing to complain about at all.

Neues und schönes Hotel in schlechter Lage.
Pros:

Das Hotel war neu und die Zimmer schön. Wir haben uns im Hotel wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Die Lage war katastrophal. Zwielichtiges Milieu. Wir haben uns auf dem Weg zur Innenstadt und zurück zu Fuß nicht sicher gefühlt.

My experience was mediocre nothing stood out and nothing was exceptional.
Pros:

I liked the location of the hotel. The personalities of the valet team was way better than the front desk and restaurant team.

Cons:

The stay was blah there was nothing that stood out. The customer service was blah, and the restaurant was over hyped with a mediocre experience.
