L emplacement etait très bien à 2 pas du métro.
La salle du petit déjeuner est très grande et agréable
La prestation petit déjeuner est bien mais il a manqué de la qualité dans le plat chaud . Champignons ? Tomates cuites ? Saucisses?..
Spacious room, simple but good enough breakfast, clean towels, big screen tv, breakfast attendant Oscar who kept everything stocked and clean and also super friendly who made us feel welcomed!
Little fridge in the room was too loud! I couldn’t sleep properly .
The breakfast was great and our privacy.
I wished we had a microwave in our room.
The staff was attentive and tried to be helpful.
The downstairs area was fun.
For 400 dollars for the night, the room was tiny, without a clothes closet ....some metal frame with hangers for all to see.
No water or coffee. Some strobe lit thing that was garish. The AC buzzed so loudly i had to have it turned off so i could think and sleep. For 400 dollars i had the privilege of having to pay for each streaming service. The pettiness and cheapness of this hotel in the name of i don't know what was pervasive . 400 dollars should have been nothing short of spectacular. There was barely room to walk in front of the bed without turning sideways. No couch to sit on. No dresser to put clothing in. Horrible.

Weird parking entrance

It was nice and clean, and everything was like new. Very close to the subway line, with easy access to Manhattan and Brooklyn. I read negative comments about the breakfast before arriving, but I do not agree - the breakfast was great.
There was nothing that I didn’t like.
The hotel was clean, staff was attentive and helpful. Manager checked in a couple of times during our stay. All requests were answered promptly. Rooms were well maintained. Breakfast was great with good variety. The train station was 3 mins walking distance and took us uptown and downtown easily.
Would not change a thing. Everything was great!
I loved the lounge area in the cellar. The furniture was designed with various comforts in mind. Conveniently, especially after the continental breakfast, there is a 24-hour gym directly across from the lounge area to where you could exercise.
My husband and I loved the breakfast option.
The rooms are beautiful!
I love the fragrances of the honey sugar soap and lotion.
Housekeeping and reception was very nice!
How limited the space was for parking especially for the price ($40.00 per day).
Easily accessible, clean property with onsite parking
Breakfast could be better.
Breakfast had some good options - eggs, bagels, cereal, waffles. Nice that there was coffee and tea all day. The bed was comfortable, and we could control the room temperature.
The room was quite small and bare bones. It was a tight squeeze with two adults and luggage, but it was adequate. When we arrived to check in at about 9 pm, there was no one at the front desk for at least 5 minutes.
