Pros:

Beds were comfy. Shower was great. Joe was very communicative & recommended a delightful restaurant for us to try.

Cons:

Part of facilities were under construction.

The Cozy Cove
Pros:

20 minute walk to Salem proper. Room was decorated well. Love that there was a women's touch to the rooms (make-up towle). Staff was helpful and communative. Not bad for an re-branded motel.

Cons:

Stay was Friday to Monday morning. Clean towels, but trash left on table Sat. Also, bed not made up second day. I am unsure if this is standard now. No cleaning staff on Sunday.

Disappointed
Pros:

Very aesthetic rooms

Cons:

Sadly we woke up in the middle of the night with ants in the bed that had come in from the skirting board. We did inform staff on checking out that we were unhappy due to the ant infestation, and was advised that management would contact to discuss our concerns but have yet to receive contact. Other areas of the hotel are currently undergoing renovations, meaning it wasn’t always as peaceful as we would have liked.

Nice stay in Salem.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, close to downtown.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room, but there is one located in the game room which also has a vending machine
The vending machine was not stocked and had very little in it.

Love the Cove!
Pros:

Room was great -- aesthetically pleasing, very comfortable, and good price. Community room and outdoor fire pit area were nice additions. Location was convenient and not far from all the tourist activities. Would definitely book again.

Did not experience any cons during this stay.

The Cove is a fun themed place to stay that is clean and welcoming. The beds however are not comfortable.
Pros:

The property is very inviting and fun with swing chairs, fire pits, grills and games!

Overall, fantastic. I will be returning and recommending the cove to others. I am excited to stay at another themed room
Pros:

Convenient location, uniquely decorated rooms, updated bathrooms and cleanliness

Cons:

There was no mugs (while there was coffee and tea options) nor a microwave. And it would’ve been nice for the room service to remake the beds for the themed rooms.
