very nice short uber to all attractions , dunkin donuts across the street
Pros:

very nice clean room very friendly at check in. comfortable beds and pillows

Cons:

bathroom light was not great for putting on makeup. would have liked another trash can in the room plus a Mirror in the main room..

Perfect stay and will return
Pros:

The hotel is stunning. Was so nice to relax after a day of walking just sitting in the quiet patio area. The rooms were comfortable and everything I needed. Very peaceful. The staff were lovely and will definitely be staying here on next trip!

Need better staff at checkin
Pros:

Room was nice and spacious

Cons:

AC was set at 64 degrees and wasn’t able to adjust it
our room was ready at 2:30 pm and we wanted to check in but front desk wanted to charge us $35 for early check it . We ask staff for extra bed sheet for the sofa bed and they bring us a bunch of pillows cases instead.

Pros:

The room is designed as an Ice Cave with special UV light. It was so cool.

Cons:

1. The air conditioning settings was preset and disabled. We couldn't change the temp or shutdown the A/C. It was too cold.
2. There was no breakfast included.

Es gibt hier nichts zu meckern. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, das Personal sehr nett, der Außenbereich riesig., genügend Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Da kann sich manche 4 Sterne Unterkunft eine Scheibe abschneiden. Man sollte aber bedenkenn, dass man ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt benötigt.

Cons:

Die Rezeption ist nicht 7/24 besetzt, dafür per Telefon im Notfall erreichbar.

Pros:

Incredibly comfortable beds and fund decor - we stayed in the pirate room. I appreciated the separate room as well giving our family somewhere to sit. Nice outdoor area as well. Very great and comfortable place to stay.

Cons:

It was on the pricey side for a motel- almost $800 for two nights, and the area was not very walkable in terms of things to eat, do but close enough to Salem to be central.

Fun, clean room, helpful staff and location close to everything
Pros:

This was a very clean property with good sized rooms and some nice touches like a heat fan in the bathroom. It is a five minute Uber ride away from the main sites in Salem, or you could walk in 15-20 mintues. It had a nice outdoor area with firepits and swing chairs. The staff was super nice and responsive when we asked for anything. We stayed in the underwater-themed room which was fun, and kids would definitely love it. I would stay again and probably try another theme!

Cons:

The only thing that was a tiny bit annoying was that though the theming was fun, the black walls and floor made the room pretty dark, even when you turned on all available lights and opened the curtains. Made it a little tough to find things in the room and we had to whip out the phone flashlight a couple of times. That's just more of a heads up. Also, if you are someone who likes to come back to a room with made/tidied beds, ask for that service. They do trash and towels only.
