Inside the rooms are ok for the price. But work on the outside appearance.
Pros:

There was no breakfast offered

Cons:

Everything was ok for me. The only thing I would suggest the owner to work on is the siding of the building. The building looks too old for this kind of business. I almost gave up on staying when I pulled up to the yard. The front entrance is horrible. It looks like in 1920’s when there was no technology. When I first came I thought it was an abandoned property. Some works has to be done for the appearance of the property. But inside the room was acceptable.

Don’t do it.
Cons:

You could tell the room hadn’t been truly cleaned. There what look like pubic hair in the tub. It was an active spider web in the bathroom behind the door. The below cases appeared to have brownish tend to them.

Motel 6
Pros:

I didn't like anything about it to be honest

Cons:

I didn't like that I booked two rooms for studio 6 and showed up at a motel 6. Had I known this was a motel 6, I would have never booked rooms as I have never had a good experience at a motel 6.
The rooms were not clean, there was blood and other bodily fluids on the beds and the tubs were disgusting. We walked in our rooms and immediately cancelled our reservation and opted to spend money we didn't have for amother hotel that was 40 mins away (The only hotel available with rooms because there was a concert in the area).
We are hoping to get a refund.

The proximity to the airport was desirable

Cons:

The entire facility reeked of marijuana. There was no coffee available before out departure for the airport. There were only 3 pillows for 2 people. There was blood on the sheets. The room smelled clean, and appeared clean, but the facility as a whole was quite dirty. I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone I know.

Too many people walking around looking lost.
Pros:

The price.

Cons:

I've complained about the very slippery that I almost fell several times. It's very dangerous. The roaming guest made it difficult to relax. Then the 8am house cleaning across the hall didn't allow rest. I've been on the road since 2am stopped working at 9pm.
