Pros:

Localização excelente, próximo a 5th Avenue. Serviço de leva e traz para a praia ou shoppings da região.

Cons:

Acho que poderiam oferecer um serviço de praia melhor, ja que oferecem o transporte a praia, poderiam oferecer grátis as cadeiras/ guarda sol. Que se solicitado tem, porem pago a parte.

Pros:

Muy cómoda, moderna y todo nuevo, impecable

Cons:

Creímos que estaba sobre la quinta avenida pero está un poco retirado del centro. Se puede ir caminando sin problema y sino tienen unos carros disponibles que te llevan

Excelente hotel muy bien ubicado
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel, la cama, el baño y que te llevan y traen a la playa y a los restaurantes en carritos abiertos y que frente al hotel está EJ’s bayfront café, que es una excelente alternativa para tomar desayunos exquisitos, variados, frescos, con jugos de naranja recién exprimidos

Cons:

que cobren usd 50 por 2 sillas y un quitasol para la playa siendo huéspedes del hotel y además estuvimos 2 días sin internet y el hotel no hizo ninguna deferencia hacia los clientes

Pros:

En general es un hotel nuevo con instalaciones y comodidades excelentes. Camas muy cómodas, baño muy bien, pileta y gym acepatables.

Cons:

Siendo Naples una de las únicas ciudades de florida donde el parking en la calle es gratis, te cobran 20 dólares por día !! Ridículo. El gym podría estar un poco más equipado. Varias noches tuvimos que pedir nos repusieran el café de la habitación y sus vasos. En otros hoteles que paramos te prestan sin cargo sillas y sombrilla ⛱️ para playa, siendo que aquí te cobran 15 -20 dólares por día por ítem !!!

Cons:

They didn’t prepare the children’s bed or the crib as we had requested. On the second day, when we left the room, they didn’t make the children’s beds. During all four days we stayed at the hotel, the floor was never cleaned — there was always sand. They also didn’t replace the liquid body soap, even after I asked for it. We also didn’t like the breakfast.
