Breakfast was great, hot, plenty of food, the eating area was always stocked with food, the lady in charge kept everything clean and organized and very pleasant talking to.

Cons:

Balloons and parades when we showed up.

Excellent 3-night stay!
Pros:

Price and cleanliness.

Cons:

Everything was very good and the only things I would suggest to make it even better would be to add an additional chair in the King room and add a bench on the outside of the hotel near smoking/ashtray.

It was pleasant
Pros:

The breakfast was nice. When I travel I look forward to a waffle maker. Avid doesn't have that.

I would definitely stay here again and I liked that there were restaurants and a theater near by

I liked that it was tucked away from the main attractions because this made it more comfortable and quiet.

I wish there had been a pool but the roof top was beautiful though
