Overall, very nice stay, accessible location and fairly quiet.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Rooms and surroundings were clean. Building was quiet.

Cons:

The heating system in our room was not as efficient as we would have liked. Our room never met our desired temperature. When we entered the room it was 59 degrees. We turned the heat up to 68 before leaving for dinner. Two hours later the room was still not at temperature. Yes it was warmer than 59, but not near 68.

Affordable and new hotel that delivered on everything we were looking for

Awesome stay! Worth the money! Location was great, and I would return next year for HR Conference.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, and the staff working both days was very pleasant and helpful. Food was awesome, and the time it was served was great-allowed time to eat and still get to my conference!

Cons:

There is nothing that I did not like during my visit.

Breakfast so terrible, they let outside workers that don’t stay there to go thru the food for free before the people that stay there can have breakfast, not a pleasant feeling.

Very nice hotel, clean, with a central location! Staff are not so friendly.
Pros:

The room was clean, the hotel offered lots of extras in the store down by the check in counter. They also allow dogs which was a nice bonus. Breakfast was pretty good.

Cons:

We arrived late and had to ring to get in. Which was fine, but the hotel associate who checked us in was very rude and questioned our late arrival, even though we had called prior to let them know that we would be late. Then in the morning, we were told we would receive an emailed receipt, which we didn't receive. Then an extra $30 showed up on my credit card and it was very difficult to get anyone to tell me what the charge was for. After 3 phone calls, I finally got someone willing to look up my bill. They charged me $30 for my dog, which was valid, but they failed to mention it at check in.
