Pros:

Everything. The location was great, next to Kalahari resort, lots of restaurants and activities to do nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby was clean and beautiful. The rooms were very clean. They offer free breakfast which was a plus for us since I had my kids with me. I would recommend this hotel.

Cons:

I have no complaints. Everything was great.

Pros:

The location, staff and the beds. The staff gave us a pass for another hotel to use their pool. The beds were just the right height for me (4'9).

Cons:

The setup for breakfast, not many options or space, no pool, but there was accommodations for that and no microwave in the room(there's one in the lobby).
