Pros:

Everything was wonderful I really like the cleanliness of the room the room smells good the food was good the staff was real friendly I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends and I will also return there for my stay whenever I visit Birmingham

Location. People were nice.

Cons:

Roaches. The hotel room had roaches. I
contemplated if I should let corporate know.
There were roaches crawling on top of our
air conditioning unit. The hotel must have known because the unit had white powder sprinkled on it. 🤷🏽‍♀️ I told the young lady behind the front desk and she said oh no!!!!

Super clean!
Pros:

We walked in after a long day of traveling & it smelled fresh & clean, of course it was only 3 years old. Registration said air freshener is piped throughout the building. How inviting!!

The front deck telling my dad need a shirt on come from the pool and yell it across the room .Maybe because we were white and she was black .with black people in the room also.Thats one reason we check out early
