Extremely disappointing stay — and not even the courtesy of a response
Cons:

I stayed here for three nights. Before booking, I specifically called to ask whether the air conditioning was working, as I had seen recent reviews saying it had not been. I was assured that it was operational.

When I arrived, however, my second-floor room was unbearably hot. I immediately asked reception for another room, preferably on a lower floor, but was told that all rooms were the same and that the ground-floor rooms did not have air conditioning at all and all rooms were the same otherwise. I therefore had no alternative but to spend all three nights in an excessively hot room.

The location is also extremely inconvenient. The hotel is essentially in the middle of nowhere, with no realistic option to purchase food within a reasonable distance.

Cleanliness was questionable as well. There was a dirty towel in my room, and the bathtub looked as though it had not been properly cleaned for quite some time.

On top of this, despite having the “Do Not Disturb” sign displayed, housekeeping entered my room three separate times. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious disregard for guest privacy.

After my stay, I submitted a formal complaint and requested a reasonable partial refund. Nobody even bothered to respond.

Problems can happen, but what matters is how a hotel deals with them. In this case, there was no meaningful solution during my stay and no response afterwards.

A very disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before staying here, particularly during hot weather.

Restaurant a l'hotel , cadre sympa et tranquille , propre et super déjeuné , parfait pour une étape voir même pour un séjours . Merci au personnel qui cependant lors de notre passage a eu quelques différents entre eux , seul bémol ....
