Pros:

Our room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff was ecxeptionally friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very nice and served in a nice atea. We thorougly enjoyed our stay.

Gran estancia y amabilidad del personal.
Pros:

La habitación estaba muy limpia, era tranquila, la cama era cómoda, la televisión tenía canales internacionales y había nevera. Además te dejaban botellas de agua todos los días y podías rellenarlas si hacía falta. El baño aunque era pequeño era muy cómodo y tenía ducha a ras de suelo, lo cual es muy bueno para ir con personas mayores, también tiene ascensor. El personal de recepción eran todos muy amables, respondieron nuestras preguntas sobre visitas e incluso nos ayudaron a pesar las maletas antes de nuestro vuelo. Que estuviera cerca de la Estación Central, ideal para hacer excursiones.

Cons:

La zona junto a la cama era un poco pequeña, pero porque la cama era grande. Nada fuera de lo común en edificios reformados como este.

Central location

Cons:

The triple room we were given was very small. The extra bed placed in the room was broken, so my son couldn't sleep all night. The air conditioner worked for the first hour but stopped functioning after that. Unfortunately, it was a bad experience. The staff were well-intentioned and friendly.

Good hotel, great location if travelling by train
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff. We had a top floor room and it was small but lovely with rooftop views. We liked the complementary fizzy and still water, great in a heat wave. Near the station so no dragging cases over cobbles. Convenient for all sites.
