Pros:

空間寬敞 整潔，距離地鐵站只需5-6分鐘，附近有廣藏市場和東大門 步行就能到達，樓下還有幾間便利店！
另外 附近環境很安靜 不屬於鬧區，對面就是前往機場的巴士，總體而言非常方便，十分推薦！

Pros:

Great location, conveniently between green and purple line. English speaking friendly, the lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. She even helped us organise transport to airport. We were given access to a proper gym so it was fully equipped with squat racks and machines.

Great stay, everything as expected!
Pros:

The hotel was very nice and exceptionally clean. The location is convenient, and the area is quiet and pleasant. We truly enjoyed our stay, but what we appreciated most was the staff. Everyone we met was genuinely kind, helpful, and welcoming.

My friend accidentally left her earphones in the room, and the cleaning team kindly brought them to the reception so we could collect them later when returning for our luggage.

We would like to thank everyone for their kindness and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Seoul.

Cons:

All the charging outlets were located by the headboard of one of the twin beds, which was a bit inconvenient.

A small hotel in the center of Seoul suitable for short stays
Pros:

Overall, a decent choice for a short stay, the room size is a bit bigger than the standard for most hotels, but still rather small so not very convenient for longer stays. Our bed was very comfortable to sleep in. The area is rather central, about 2-3 metro stops away from main city attractions, you can also walk to them but it takes longer. The airport bus stops right in front of the hotel, which is also very convenient.

Cons:

The air-conditioning was right above our bedhead, blowing right into our faces, it was not very convenient. The small-sized room has a small kitchenette but you are not allowed to use it. So the purpose of having it at all is not clear. I think it would be better to transform it in some extra storage space or wardrobe for the guests to keep their luggage/cloths.

櫃檯服務超親切！房間整齊乾淨，我住三天！每天都有客房服務整理及補礦泉水，3條線的地鐵匯集地，交通非常方便！對面Baiton Hotel門口就是機場巴士，步行約1分鐘..對於會到韓國購物的朋友，非常推薦JD飯店。會讓人再次入住的優質飯店

Best staff & customer service!
Pros:

Hotel was very modern and in a good location (walking distance to subway and many cafes). No breakfast available from the hotel, but there’s a coffee shop on the first floor (same building) with some bakery options (able to order from the kiosk in English or other language). Washer/dryer available to use on the lobby floor was very convenient. Most of all, the staff was amazing. Jae Kwak (General Manager) was extremely helpful. She speaks English & Japanese pretty fluently. She gave great recommendations for markets and activities nearby and gave us great directions on how the subways work. She even gave us a small gift on our last day! We would definitely stay here again when we return to Seoul.

Cons:

Only complaint is the bed was a little too hard for our liking, but most beds are generally harder in Korea compared to the U.S., and bed firmness is preference (may be fine for some people).

Great place, great team!!
Pros:

JD Tower Hotel is super conveniently located. The rooms are simple but very clean and comfortable.
For me, the best feature about JD Tower Hotel was the lovely staff. They made me feel very welcome and at home. Next timeI’m in Seoul I’ll make sure to book there again.
