Pros:

Ottima posizione , vicina al centro storico raggiungibile a piedi .
Pulita , confortevole , camera ampia , colazione varia ed abbondante e personale gentile , preparato e disponibile sempre. Direi consigliatissima!

Great stay in Gallipoli
Pros:

Staff was very attentive, friendly, and professional, they addressed our questions efficiently. Hotel is very clean, good a/c, with very nice breakfast. Location is very close to the old part of town as well as walking distance to modern side of the city.

Cons:

Parking is limited but there are free options close by.

Not a 5-star hotel
Pros:

It is close to the old town and the staff is lovely. Beds are very comfortable

Cons:

Unfortunately, it cannot be compared to a proper 5-star hotel. The building has issues with smells, due to humidity and toilets. The air-conditioning machine is too noisy, and the room can get very bright in the mornings. The cleaning service only works in the morning and if you wish to sleep until late you can forget to get your room cleaned. Poor quality/price

Perfect location
Pros:

The staff were very friendly. The location was perfect, a short walk from the historic centre of Gallipoli. Room was a good size with modern decor. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

We were not shown to our room, which wouldn't normally concern me, but the lights in the room were controlled by a single touch panel, which took a couple of days to get use to. There were wardrobe lights which were motion sensitive so came on when getting up in the night, quite bright and unnecessary. There was no pool bar as in description. You seemed to monitored by staff if you were on roof top pool terrace, assuming you were up to no good, felt a bit strange. We mostly went to the beach. On the whole, positives outweighed negatives but price too high for service quality.
