Un super hôtel, idéalement situé. Le service est vraiment à l’écoute et attentionné. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité de l’accueil et des prestations. Une très belle expérience.
Один из лучший отелей , где я была. Даже из более дорогих отелей. Сделали раннее заселение в 10 утра, повысили категорию номера, сделали поздний выезд (все без доплаты). Любая просьба моментально выполнялась , все супер дружелюбные , месторасположение супер удобное!

Beautifully appointed hotel in an excellent location. The interiors are elegant and our room was very comfortable. The indoor plunge pool was particularly appreciated after long, hot days sightseeing in Venice. The concierge team were helpful with our luggage and arranged our departure water transfer, which was perfectly timed, efficient and cost only €90.
Our arrival transfer was unfortunately a very different experience. We had contacted the hotel in advance and were charged €255 for what turned out to be a fairly basic service. Two gentlemen met us at the train station, walked us approximately 50 metres to the water-taxi platform, then waited with us and our luggage when no transport arrived. After making a phone call, a water taxi eventually came and we travelled to the hotel unaccompanied. A concierge member met us at the other end for the short walk to the hotel.
Given that our smooth and efficient departure transfer cost only €90, it was difficult to understand or justify the €255 arrival charge.
We were also surprised that there was no welcome drink or refreshing towel offered on arrival, small touches we would expect at a hotel of this calibre and price point. Food and beverage prices within the hotel are also extremely high, even by luxury-hotel standards.
I believe one of the best hotels I have ever staid. And I had many to compare including Four Seasons, St.Regis etc. An incredible level of comfort and hospitality. Located in the city centre, one step away from main attraction. Stuff is very friendly and supportive. Sincerely hope to be there again! Good luck guys! Andrei!
