Очень сильный отель в центре города и эпицентре шопинга Венеции
Хорошая команда - внимательные, аккуратные, приветливые.
Вкусный ресторанчик и хорошие завтраки а-ля карт.
Много искусства, книг, игр, консьержи предлагают программу по городу. Отличный вид с последних этажей.

Cons:

Нет спортзала (я занимаюсь спортом часто, для меня это стало сюрпризом). Мало хранения в ванной - некуда поставить косметички.
И унитаз - он с сенсором. Открывается при любом движении в ванной - то еще приключение.

חוויה מעולה!!! נחזור לשם בוודאות.

ארוחת הבוקר ברמה טובה מאוד. הצוות, על פי רוב, יעיל מהיר ושירותי.המיקום של המלון מרכזי מאוד נוח מאוד. הקונסיירז' יעיל ומהיר, יצרו איתנו קשר לפני ההגעה לתיאום ההגעה כי למלון אין רציף פרטי ודאגו לחוויית מעבר נהדרת. אנשי צוות חיכו ברציף וטיפלו בכבודה, היה תמיד את מי לשאול ובמי להיעזר ותמיד בחיוך וברצון. תודעת שירות גבוהה מאוד.

1. החדר הראשון שהציעו לנו היה קטן מאוד, ברמה שלא היה מקום למזוודות שלנו שלנו, ומאכזב. הצוות טיפל מעולה בנועם והציע לנו חדרים אחרים שנראו לנו יותר. 2. הקונסיירז' הזמין לי תור במספרה בקרבת המלון. הנחתי שמדובר במספרה ברמה גבוהה כיאה למלון ולרחוב בו הוא נמצא. הגעתי למקום ברמה כל כך נמוכה שקשה לתאר . רמה נמוכה של מוצרים, מגבות ישנות מרוטות ונוקשות צוות שלא ידע לכבוד. הפן הכי יקר (65 אירו) והכי גרוע שהיה לי. 3. המסעדה שהקונסיירז המליץ לנו לארוחת ערב בערב הראשון היתה מלכודת תיירים עם אוכל לא טעים, יקרה ושירות נוראי. לזכותםף הקונסיירז' אציין שלאחר ששיקפנו את תחושתו והיינו יותר חדים בהסברים שלנו, מצאו לנו מסעדות נהדרות. 4. אפשר להכין את החדר לשינה בערב באופן יותר מורגש. והיה חסר שוקולד או משהו קטן דומה על המיטה בלילה לפני השינה.

The five star reviews are accurate!
Pros:

This was our first trip to Venice and I wanted it to be special. We stayed four nights.
I booked this hotel based on reading the many positive reviews. I will say the hotel did not disappoint and the reviewers were correct!
It is a delightful boutique hotel in a great location. But the best part is the staff! Everyone was so friendly, professional and willing to help in anyway we needed. I emailed them several times before arriving and they were always prompt with an answer. I needed help with transportation from the airport to the hotel and then to our cruise port. They were very willing to help with those bookings and the people they hired for us were on time and very nice. The Nolinski staff met us at the nearby dock upon arrival and took our suitcases to the hotel and room. They accompanied us to the dock again when we needed to leave for the cruise terminal. During our stay, they advised us on places to eat and tried to help us with directions.
I loved this hotel as so many other reviewers did as well. It did not disappoint in any way!

Einfach märchenhaft

Unsere Hochzeitsreise in Venedig haben wir im Nolinski Venezia – Evok Collection verbracht – und es war einfach märchenhaft. Wirklich alles war perfekt.

Schon die Ankunft war etwas ganz Besonderes: Das Hotel hat für uns ein Wassertaxi organisiert und wir wurden direkt am Anlegeplatz vom Concierge abgeholt – total unkompliziert und gleichzeitig unglaublich stilvoll.

Von Anfang an hat man gespürt, wie viel Mühe sich hier alle geben. Das gesamte Team war herzlich, aufmerksam und immer präsent, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Immer wieder gab es kleine Überraschungen – so liebevoll und persönlich, dass wir uns wirklich besonders gefühlt haben.

Unser Zimmer war wunderschön – sehr sauber, unglaublich geschmackvoll eingerichtet und einfach ein Ort zum Ankommen und Wohlfühlen. Auch die Lage ist perfekt, man ist mitten in Venedig und hat trotzdem eine ruhige, entspannte Atmosphäre im Hotel.

Ein echtes Highlight war das Frühstück – nicht nur, weil es so gut war, sondern wegen einer ganz besonderen Geste: Am Tag davor wurde unter einem lustigen Vorwand ein Foto von uns gemacht, und am nächsten Morgen haben wir dieses Bild in einem wunderschönen Murano-Glasrahmen geschenkt bekommen. Darüber haben wir uns wirklich riesig gefreut – so eine Aufmerksamkeit vergisst man nicht.

Auch das Essen war genau unser Geschmack: qualitativ sehr hochwertig, aber nicht übertrieben „fine dining“, sondern einfach richtig gutes, ehrliches italienisches Essen. Die Bar ist ebenfalls ein Highlight – tolle Cocktails und ein super herzliches Team.

Alles wurde für uns mühelos organisiert, jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt und die Stimmung im ganzen Haus war einfach angenehm und entspannt. Man fühlt sich willkommen – nicht nur als Gast, sondern wirklich gesehen.

Für uns ist klar: Wir kommen ab jetzt jedes Jahr zu unserem Hochzeitstag wieder. Dieser Aufenthalt war etwas ganz Besonderes.
