The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with the added bonus of having both a washer(for free in the room) and dryer (5000 WON with credit card in the communal space). The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel offers excellent value for money. The location is fantastic—very central and within easy walking distance of Myeongdong, Seoul Station, Namdaemun, restaurants, shopping, and several metro and bus stations. Public transportation is extremely convenient, with easy access to Hoehyeon, City Hall, and Seoul Station, as well as airport buses right near the hotel.
The only things that took some getting used to were having the toilet and shower in the same room, as the entire bathroom gets wet after taking a shower. The dryer didn’t accept my Mastercard, although it did work with a Visa credit card. The gym is also quite small and has limited equipment.

Unico appunto è la mancanza del piatto doccia che in bagno piccolo crea problemi di allagamento.
La posizione ottima e la camera è spaziosa.
I servizi sono praticamente inesistenti. É tutto a pagamento ad esempio il deposito bagagli o L’asciugatrice. In ogni caso la qualità dei servizi è inferiore a tutte le strutture provate in Corea. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere di accendere il frigo della camera o di pulire il pavimento.
Nothing
This hotel didn't offer breakfast, but we didn't mind because the photos clearly showed a fully equipped kitchen, and we thought we could take a break from restaurants after two weeks of traveling and make dinner and breakfast in our room. It was all a lie. The photos are just for show; the furniture isn't real. The ceramic hob is a black plastic imitation, and the cabinets are just moldings that don't open. The bedside table drawers are sealed with silicone, meaning they're practically nonexistent. To top it all off, the washing machine only washes; to dry your clothes, you have to carry them soaking wet down to the first floor, where there are dryers for all the rooms. The microwave is also on the first floor, for the entire hotel.
But the worst part was the bathroom. The shower doesn't have a drain, and even if you're very careful, the water spreads all over the bathroom floor, enough to make a small pool. Before each shower, we had to roll up towels and put them on the floor to hold the water until it drained away. In short, a scam.

This is the first time I've used a hotel that doesn't offer free luggage storage. The paid service they offer is extremely misleading because it combines a combination of an electronic board with instructions and highly hidden conditions regarding payment for 4, 8 or more hours. Normal logic suggests that this is part of the electronic board through which you reserve and pay for the luggage cage.

Posizione ultra centrale, ad un passo ci sono tutti i mezzi di trasporto e locali per cenare o pranzare.
Personale che parla inglese a stento, no colazioni, doccia che allaga il bagno senza una porta o tenda per poter dividere la parte doccia dal lavandino e le altre suppellettili
