Wenn man ein preiswertes Zimmer am Hauptbahnhof sucht, ist dieses Hotel eine gute Wahl.
Pros:

Nach der ersten Nacht bat ich um ein anderes Zimmer, dies wurde mir erfüllt und der Umzug meiner Sachen vom Hotelpersonal erledigt.

Cons:

Kleine Zimmer, in Nummer 705 funktioniert der Kühlschrank nicht.
Check in nur am Automat ab 17:00.

Pros:

The hotel is nestled in a downtown area, which was very close to the main train station. Very easy access from the main train station. Would definitely recommend. The staff was very warm and welcoming, and attentive to our needs. He made the stay enjoyable. This is very good value.

Cons:

The room was not as described upon arrival. Some of the furnishings were broken (e.g., wall outlet was taped to the wall and not secured properly), there was substantial mold in quite a few places in the washroom, and the floors were dirty. The photos that are posted on this website do differ from what you will see in-person.

When I asked the receptionist for a different room, they only provided me with two options; pay extra for a different room, or wait until the next day for a cleaning crew to come by and attempt to remedy these issues. However, the receptionist warned me that some of the issues, such as the mold, would not be fixed by the next day. Given my short stay in Seoul, I checked out about an hour later and secured alternative accommodation for the rest of my stay. Since then, the property has refused to come to an agreement on providing any form of compensation for these issues.

The check-in is also quite late (at 5pm), which others have also noted for this property. It is also worth noting that this property offers free luggage storage in exchange for a 10/10 review, which may explain any unusually high ratings you see here.

部屋の中は快適だった。
Pros:

チェックイン時にしか顔を合わせなかったが、設備について色々親切に教えてくれた。

Cons:

コンセントが緩く、変換アダプターをつけるとすぐ接触が外れた。2日目は対策方法が見つかったが。
テレビが映らなかった。

Great distance and near transportation
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff! The hotel is also near Seoul Main Station. It was great for me to catch the KTX very early in the morning!

Cons:

My room had a wet bathroom; please be careful if you don't like this type of bathroom design.

Pros:

Location close to Seoul station.

Cons:

Smelling air conditioner. Very claustrophobic from lobby, elevator and the actual room. Mold in the bathroom. The only good thing is the location close to Seoul station. Only one night for us before our plane, but comparing with some Airbnb places we stayed in Korea this one should have only the rate of 1 (I gave 4 from 10, mainly becuase of the location).

Pros:

Room was a good size, had a kettle, a fridge, tv and air conditioner. Daily room make-up and tidy. Was in a great spot close to the station and a walk away from myeongdong and other great locations. Manager was lovely and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Freundliches Presonal, gut gelegen

Cons:

Wir haben das Hotel extra mit dem Filter für Parkmöglichkeiten ausgesucht. Als wir ankamen, hat uns der Mitarbeiter gesagt sie hätten keine Parkplätze. Wir mussten im teuren Parkhaus nebenan parken und haben 60€ bezahlt!

Well situated, clean, but difficult nights

Noisy (kind of vibrations on the wall all nights long)
