Pros:

비오는 날에 아이와 함께 입구를 헤매다간거라 정신이없어 핸드폰을 키오스크 옆에두고 체크인한걸 모르고 한참을 찾고있었는데 직원분 도움으로 찾게되었습니다 감사합니다

Cons:

입구를 찾기 어려워서 지도를 켜고도 주변을 몇번 돌았습니다 예약착오가 있었는데 직원응대가 아쉬웠다고 느꼈습니다 욕실 샤워기 연결부위가 사방팔방 새서 사용하기가 힘들어서 수리를 요할것 같습니다 욕실에 곰팡이가 많아 사용하는데 아쉬웠습니다 +업체의 후기수정요구로 수정하였습니다

everything. They allotted our room to someone else even full advance payments. Declined to refund the money. Misbehaved over chats to refund the money. Even the location was ok.

Pros:

The hotel was great! Just minutes away from Seoul Station. Couldn't ask for a better location. This place had better reviews than the hotels around it and we could see why. Clean rooms and beds. Perfect for what we needed!

Situazione camere con corrisponde assolutamente alle foto.

Il signore che ci ha accolto il check in davvero gentile e disponibile, accoglienza calorosa.

Cons:

Purtroppo però la camera e i corridoi del piano erano davvero poco curati. La camera aveva macchie sui muri e sulla sedie e le federe dei cuscini erano sporche. Il bagno non era per niente accogliente e la doccia sembrava davvero sporca. Impossibile chiudere la porta del bagno mentre si utilizzava il wc. Purtroppo siamo stati costretti a trovare un'altra struttura per la notte perché per noi era impossibile restare. Dalle foto sicuramente non si percepiva questa situazione.

Einziger Vorteil ist die Lage.
Für 1ÜN. Irgendwie im Not …. Hmm OK

Cons:

- Ist eine Baustelle
- Zimmer sind winzig
- Kaum Ausstattung, nicht einmal eine Tasse! Wobei Wasserkocher ist dabei. 🤯
ACHTUNG: Check in erst ab 17:00! Check out um 11:00.
- Gepäck lagern NUR gegen Gebühren pro Stünde 5000 Won. Dabei alles wird einfach im Gang gelassen.
- Zimmer sind mufflig. Riesen Unterschied zu Bildern hier.
NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN.

Our stay at Hotel Less Seoul was absolutely perfect! The rooms are small but very cosy and thoughtfully designed, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Everything felt clean, modern, and well organized, making the space feel welcoming despite its compact size.

What truly made our experience exceptional was the staff. They were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help. We had to store our luggage for a couple of days, and they gladly kept it for us at a very reasonable price. Their helpfulness and warm attitude made us feel very well taken care of.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Seoul!

Honnêtement plus jamais ce genre d’hôtel il a rien à faire sur booking
Pros:

Ça localisation et le service de ménages ils le font à toute heure.

Cons:

C’est le moment de refaire des travaux les murs étaient abîmé sans compter sur la climatisation ils ne mettent pas le commando pour qu’on ne puisse pas l’utiliser du coup les moustiques toute la nuit et les chambres super petite ignoble après tout ça on m’a demandé de payer à l’heure pour garder mes bagages ou de mettre un super commentaire pour ne pas payer la garde de mes bagages du n’importe quoi vraiment un service de merde

Kleines Zimmer in Bahnhofsnähe
Pros:

Check Out sehr unkompliziert. Lage war praktisch - direkt in Bahnhofsnähe und gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Cons:

Check in schien etwas hektisch - die Hinweise, welche wir akzeptieren sollten, wurden beim Check in mehr oder weniger vom Personal auf dem Bildschirm übersprungen.
Zimmer sehr klein mit wenig Stauraum.
Uns wurde empfohlen, die Klimaanlage wegen der noch ausstehenden nicht zu benutzen - dies wurde uns erst mitgeteilt, als wir nach der Bedienung der Anlage fragten. Entsprechend nutzten wir zum Lüften das Fenster, was recht laut war.
Badezimmertür schloss nicht.

Cons:

Bei der Ankunft hat man uns ein Upgrade angeboten – unter der Bedingung, dass wir eine gute Bewertung hinterlassen. Das angebliche Upgrade entpuppte sich als ein kaum grösseres Zimmer, das verdreckt war: muffiger Geruch, schlechte Luft, und die Handtücher waren voller Löcher.

Pros:

Beim Check-In kam uns direkt ein Mitarbeiter entgegen und hat uns freundlich empfangen und unterstützt. Er konnte uns kostenfrei auf ein größeres Zimmer upgraden.
Wir haben das Hotel kurz vor unserer Abreise für eine Nacht gewählt, weil es in der Nähe des Bahnhofs war. Für eine Nacht und die Lage ist es ausreichend.

Cons:

Blick aus dem Fenster war leider direkt auf eine Hauswand.
Das Zimmer war etwas hellhörig, da wir aber nur für eine Nacht dort waren, war das nicht so schlimm.
