Soggiorno con vista oceano
Pros:

Bellissima struttura, vasca con vista mare, hotel nuovo ben posizionato, personale molto gentile, ristorante all'ultimo piano dove ho mangiato molto bene.

Cons:

Da un 5 stelle mi sarei aspettato qualcosa di più (anche se non mi lamento visto che il prezzo era molto buono). Il receptionista al check in ha sbagliato il conteggio di quanto pagare, infatti il giorno dopo sono stato chiamato a ritornare in reception per saldare la differenza, non mi lamento di questo perchè si può sbagliare ma avrei apprezzato un piccolo dettaglio per il disturbo (magari offrire un caffè al bar, o un calice di vino). Inoltre non ho potuto usufruire della spa per colpa dei miei tatuaggi. Posso capire che possano infastidire qualcuno ma non siamo stati avvisati prima e mi hanno proibito praticamente l'uso della sauna, nel 2026 in un paese civile come la Corea e un hotel 5 stelle, a mio avviso dettaglio molto negativo. Attenzione su questo

Actally all was more or less ok, but I expected more

Cons:

I booked 5-star hotel. I paid for 5-star hotel. I booked room with the sea view. I got the room looking at the busy road and the pay-tool road station. I complained. Receptionists simply repeated - we are fully booked...

I wanted to go to the swimming pool and sauna. Sauna is no free, has to pay extra charge. Ok, then swimming pool - "to use the swimming pool you have to have a swimming cap. And we will sell you one". No other options...

One more - breakfast is like 45 usd. Didn't check the quality, went to eat at nearby restaurant.

Pros:

Net hotel met fijne faciliteiten. Ruime en propere kamers. Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

De locatie was veruit het minste. Het hotel is best ver gelegen van de voornaamste sights en restaurants in Busan. Vooral als je gebruik maakt van openbaar vervoer.
Misschien ook wel jammer dat de sauna niet inbegrepen zit in de prijs.

Overall good except for the bathtub only and no separate shower for the main bedroom.
Pros:

Very clean and new, our bedroom which was a 2 bedroom corner suite has an amazing view of the harbour.

Proximity to most places via taxi.

Cons:

Corner 2-bedroom suite Main bathroom only has a bathtub, without proper enclosure so the whole bath area becomes very wet. slip hazard and quite dangerous.

The room is a bit small for a 2 bedroom suite.

Fantastic beach side getaway with minor quirks
Pros:

The views were incredible, the king bed was extremely comfy, rooms were clean, and the staff were all exceptionally kind.

Brunch at the highest floor lounge was also incredible. Our eggs Benedict and shakashouka was some of the best I've ever had and a must-do for anyone staying at the hotel or in the area. The discount for hotel guests also.felt very generous.

Cons:

The shower area drainage in my particular room was not the best, leading to standing water that would be there hours after using the shower. The tile installation unfortunately led to water pooling away from the drain.

At the 27F restaurant, it felt a bit rigid that there were separated sides for being able to order the brunch vs a la carte. It worked out in my case since my partner and I both wanted the brunch, but would be troublesome for any groups that would want to be able to order from both sides of the menu.

Also a tiny thing, but there were so many advertisements in the hotel for the specialty house drip coffee, but they didn't sell it for consumption at either the brunch nor the 1st floor cafe. It was only sold as a takeaway/gift item, which felt unfortunate because I wanted to experience if it was worth buying the whole box.
