I would HIGHLY recommend staying here!!
Pros:

Breakfast was wonderful. The staff is so nice and helpful! Sandro, Alessia, Antonio are now our friends! The spa experience is also beautiful and rejuvenating.

Cons:

The treadmill was broken and I couldn't use it.

Una piacevole scoperta immersa nel verde delle Madonie
Pros:

Per la prima volta ho trovato un mix perfetto in questa struttura in una location molto suggestiva, dove a parte i servizi, la pulizia impeccabile, i locali interni ed esterni, il vero valore aggiunto è uno staff presente, attento, cordiale.
Una spa funzionale,, un ristorante eccellente dove una menzione speciale spetta al responsabile di sala Daniele sempre molto attento e gentilissimo.
Sono stati tre giorni di serenità e relax.
Sicuramente una esperienza da rifare.

We booked the hotel approximately two months in advance and paid the full non-refundable rate of in July 2026.

To our great surprise, we arrived at the hotel at 8:15 p.m., after a difficult journey, only to discover that the hotel is located in a problematic and inconvenient area, with no prior warning or indication of this on Booking.com.

In addition, despite our email correspondence with both the hotel and Booking.com, our request was not properly addressed. We had booked rooms for ourselves and our three children and specifically requested that the rooms be adjacent. However, this request was not accommodated, and we were given rooms on separate floors.

When we complained, we were initially told that one of us could simply sleep in the room with the children. When we expressed our dissatisfaction with this response, we were told that they would try to assist us.

In practice, we were given a room that was completely unsuitable for sleeping (see attached photographs), with mold on the walls and in the bathrooms, as well as a very strong and unpleasant odor.

As a result, at 10:00 p.m., we found ourselves with our three children in the car, without any suitable place to stay. We were only able to find alternative accommodation at 4:00 a.m. the following morning, and under hostel-like conditions.

Needless to say, this situation caused us considerable distress and seriously disrupted our vacation. We spent many exhausting hours on the road with our three children and were only able to find a solution approximately 20 hours later.

Bien mais déçu sur les points du dessus.
Pros:

La situation géographique au calme

Cons:

Check-In qui n’a pas été à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles. Le fait que la fille adulte ait dû dormir dans le petit lit de la suite alors que les photos montrent un canapé 2 places que la gouvernante n’a pas voulu préparer.

Pros:

Struttura nuovissima, di una pulizia esemplare, personale veramente friendly. Le stanze hanno ottime dotazioni, tutte con uno spazio all’aperto privato sul retro (terrazza ampia). La spa( non avevo il tempo x andarci) è di gran livello!!!!! Aggiungerei soltanto qualcosa di produzione propria alla colazione, ma sono convinto che arriverà!! Grazie ancora

Goed voor de Madonie-wandelaar.
Pros:

De ligging dichtbij natuurpark Madonie en het fraaie en pittoreske Geraci Siculo.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was pover en niet goed verzorgd. Koffiemachine werkte niet naar behoren, lege buffetdelen werden niet aangevuld en, erg bizar, het personeel kwam zelf uit het buffet zaken wegplukken voor zichzelf.
