4 étoiles ? Service moyen pour un 3 étoiles

Le placement

Cons:

Personnel absent pendant le petit déjeuner. Pour avoir un cafe il faut attendre au moins 10 minutes après avoir trouvé une serveuse. Dans la chambre après 3 jours ils ont compris que nous étions 3 occupants. Le responsable me dit d’insister avec le personnel pour les avoir. Pour avoir une tasse m’a été d’aller la chercher au sous-sol dans la salle restaurant. Malgré ça sont gentils. 4 étoiles ? Bah ils ont seulement le prix.

Soggiorno molto soddisfacente
Struttura molto comoda vicino alla stazione, ideale per spostarsi facilmente in città. Accoglienza eccellente, personale cortese e disponibile, camera confortevole e ben tenuta. Nel complesso un’ottima esperienza.

piccolo margine di miglioramento nella colazione, in particolare per il caffè.
