Pros:

Great location near station, lovely facilities and hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast was a little chaotic, had to ask for coffee 3 times, cereal ran out 2nd day.
They should invest in a coffee machine it will take 50-60% of their issues.
We were also told about a bottle wine on arrival but never did get one.

Qualche accorgimento in più...
Pros:

la posizione del hotel é a vicinissima alla stazione ed anche metropolitana. Personale squisito ed impeccabile. magari risolvere il problema dell'odore non so tubature del bagno...perché la struttura del hotel potrebbe perdere quel potenziale che ha. Da provare assolutamente il ristorante in quanto materie prime e personale sono estremamente gentili.

Cons:

il punto dolente é stato che la nostra camera assegnata aveva bisogno di manutenzione, appena entrati in camera si sentiva odore di fogna dal bagno che nonostante tutto abbia chiesto di fare qualcosa non é stato risolto. Inoltre la porta del bagno o meglio la chiusura si é bloccata, cosi come il lavandino non scorreva l'acqua era intoppato..qualche accorgimento in più o cmq una manutenzione dovrebbe essere fatta. però il personale dove ha potuto ha gentilmente risolto i problemi.

Not worth it rude staff
Pros:

The property was clean and large rooms

Cons:

The reception staff were terrible, didn’t explain how to get to your room outside lift that only takes one bag and one person circa 1920 style elevator. Get to security door and fob wouldn’t work go back to be ignored a workman then went and programmed the fob. Reception staff need to learn hospitality skills. Would not recommend this hotel

Wonderful and Highly recommended
Pros:

Very nice modern and clean rooms. Conveniently located right next to Naples train station.
Luigi, the front office manager was wonderful. Extremely helpful, fun, pleasant and a great sense of humor. He immediately took care of an issue I raised and furthermore apolized with a bottle of wine. Amazing service and hospitality.

Cons:

The area around the train station is somewhat sketchy, however there is a large police and military presence, so I never felt unsafe or concerned.
