Die Lage war super, nah am Nahverkehr, viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Frühstück war "speziell". Ich brauche nicht viel zum Frühstück, aber das war sehr dürftig. Gut das wir nicht extra dafür zahlen mussten. Wir hatten nur kleine Handtücher und keine Duschtücher.
Kamer was schoon en comfortabel
Kamers hebben geen uitzicht. Staat in omschrijving " stadszicht" maar in werkelijkheid kijken alle kamers op een muur uit. Erg donker en een teleurstellend effect.
Emplacement calme et proche métro.
Accueil impersonnel limite impoli. Pas de wifi pas de nettoyage de la chambre. Petit déjeuner très désagréable bruyant peu de place système de cuisson pénible et long. Vidage des poubelles aléatoires. Assistance à la limite de la correction.
We stayed at Dongnae Hound Hotel Sajik Minam Station from 3 to 7 October 2026. The location is excellent, only about 200 metres from Minam Station, making it very convenient for travelling around Busan. The hotel also provides a simple free breakfast.
There are also convenience stores and plenty of restaurants around the hotel. We had a delicious dinner at a local restaurant serving braised pork trotters, which was a nice bonus during our stay.
However, we had several disappointing experiences.
1. Very rude staff: Our group arrived at around 6.30 a.m. to leave our luggage, as free luggage storage had been confirmed on Booking.com. There was no one at the first-floor reception, and most of the signs were in Korean. We used the restroom on the first floor to brush our teeth and wash our faces, without touching any of the toiletries provided.
A male staff member then came downstairs and rudely told us that we could only use the restroom on the second floor. We followed his instructions.
Later, when one of our group members went upstairs to change clothes, the first-floor restroom door happened to slam shut. The same staff immediately shouted at the three of us who were still downstairs, accusing us of using the first-floor restroom without permission. He simply assumed we had done something wrong, without checking the facts. His behaviour was extremely rude and made us feel unwelcome.
2. Room upgrade issue: My Genius benefits on Booking.com showed a confirmed upgrade to a 28 sqm double room for each of our two rooms. However, only one room was actually 28 sqm. The other was about half the size, with an awkward zigzag layout that made moving around difficult.
We reported this to the morning staff on the 3rd day of our stay, but nothing was done. Communication was also difficult. When I raised the issue again at checkout and showed the booking confirmation, the staff member simply said that only one room had been upgraded, without any further explanation.
3. Housekeeping was not automatic: Although the room description stated that daily housekeeping was provided, we had to request it separately. When I ask about this, the staff member pointed to an instruction sign in Korean. This condition was not clear to us, as we could not read Korean.
4. Other facilities: The room lighting was rather dim. Although there was a window, it faced a wall only about 30 cm away, so it provided almost no natural light or view. The bathroom had no shelves or hooks for towels,
