Cortaron el suministro de agua durante más de 26 horas sin duchas mal olor de cloaca sin cambio de toallas son limpieza de habitaciones y sin ofrecernos alternativa o agua envasada para subsistir

Cons:

入住時沒有供水，只不斷解釋當天整區停電所以沒有水，現在恢復供電，馬上就會有水。結果是到隔天清晨7點鐘仍然沒有水。除了一般刷牙、洗臉、沖澡沒有辦法進行，最令人無法接受的是馬桶沒有辦法沖水。由於衛生環境堪憂，我們被迫提前中斷住宿，當天立即離開。期間飯店客服人員只不斷強調沒水不是他們造成的，但是提供衛生的居住環境是旅館業的基本，這間飯店連基礎都做不到，不配當飯店。

Pros:

Very convenient location, walkable to Entrance 3 of the park. Staff were very kind and helpful.

Für einen Besuch des Nationalparks ist das Hotel optimal.
Pros:

Die Lage ist optimal, nur ein relativ kurzer Fußweg zum Parkeingang.
Frühstück war gut.
Die Hotelanlage ist schön gemacht und es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für Kinder.

Cons:

Im Vergleich zum Friaul sind die Aperitivo fast doppelt so teuer.
Das Essen war gut, die Speisekarte könnte etwas mehr Variabilität haben, insbesondere, wenn man mehrere Tage dort essen möchte, wirds schwierig.

El complejo lo tienen un poco abandonado en cuanto a instalaciones. En la casa q nos alojamos habia luces rotas y faltaban muchos utensilios para poder cocinar. En el gimnasio la conta de correr tampoco funcionaba

за хотел от този ранг с цена на стая 212 евро закуската може да бъде по добре друго намирам се харватия никои в този хотел не говореше хърватски имах чувство че се намирам в индия а аз говоря немски и малко хърватски и разбира се български храната в ресторанта е супер вкусна но и много скъпо което обаче не е моя работа

Sehr freundliches und tolles Team!!!
Sehr schöne Zimmer und komplett sauber.
Phantastische Lage um Seen zu besuchen. Bekamen alles von sehr nettem Mitarbeiter erklärt und er brachte uns mit Golfwagen zum „unbekannten“ Eingang 3, (hätten dann übrigens noch Karten kaufen können. Sehr zu empfehlen die Tour ab 15h zu machen: wenig Menschen, tolles Licht!)
Abendessen sehr gute Küche schönes Ambiente und sehr gute Kellner. Frühstück hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen.

Bon séjour tout de même.
Pros:

La visite du Parc peut se faire au départ de l’hôtel. 7 minutes de marche pour y rentrer.
Chambre confortable.

Cons:

Les machines à café qui ne distribuent que des des à coude de café. Le bruit du restaurant. L’absence de mitigeurs dans la salle de bain. Résultat : quand on trouve le bon réglage on laisse couler l’eau jusqu’à la fin de la douche. Restaurant cher 28€ pour une côte de porc avec des patates sautées.

Nous avons été très déçu de l’hôtel en général les espaces extérieurs sont à l’abandon et très mal entretenus dont le petit zoo enclos très petits pour les animaux, également la chambre a l’étage Clim qui fonctionne très mal nous avons eu chaud pendant la nuit et baignoire spa très bruyante et décevante nles finitions de baignoire spa à revoir
