Super séjour à LakeSide Hotel
Pros:

Séjour parfait. Excellent emplacement à 7 min à pieds de l'entrée 3 de Plitvice. Le personnel nous a parfaitement expliqué le parcours à faire dans le parc national, très appréciable ! Chambre propre, bien équipée et confortable. Il y a aussi plusieurs activités gratuites (petite ferme avec animaux, fléchettes, billard, ping pong, mini golf) et payantes (padel, SPA et tir à l'arc). Nous avons notamment utilisé le SPA qui était parfait (hammam, bain froid, jaccuzi à 20€ pp pour 3h). Il y a aussi un restaurant dans le complexe, avec des prix raisonnables. Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant, réactif et aux petits soins. Je recommande à 120% cet hôtel.

Schöne Anlage, gutes Essen , freundliches Personal

Cons:

Leider war unser Zimmer sehr düster. Haus Nr. 1 neben der Rezeption. Es steht dort Ei. Lindenbaum.
Bei den Tieren ist es unzumutbar wie das Pfauenpaar hausen muss. Das Männchen hat sogar keine Radfedern mehr weil es so eng ist. 👎🏻

5 Sterne für das Personal und die Lage, die Funktionalität der Whirlpools muss bei dem Preis dringend verbessert werden.
Pros:

Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Essen im hauseigenen Lokal war super und die Lage zur Erkundung des Nationalparks außergewöhnlich gut. Auch unser Hund war herzlich willkommen.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Whirlpool gebucht. Dieser war leider zu kalt (29-32 Grad) und konnte trotz aller Bemühungen des Personals daher nicht genutzt werden. Auch ein Umzug in ein neues Zimmer half nicht: Hier trat das gleiche Problem auf.

brak obsługi w języku Serbrsko- chorwackim obsługa posługuje się tylko językiem angielskim. Skandal żeby w kraju nie można było się porozumieć w języku ojcztystym.
