Great location and cool atmosphere and vibe for good price in central Seoul.
Pros:

Great location, comfortable room, easy communication with staff on the premises. Small hotel, but felt really nice. Loved the room style and atmosphere.

Cons:

There was no real seating in our rooms communal area which made gathering together in the kitchen to watch tv less comfortable.

最高でした！また利用したい系列の他の所も行ってみたい
Pros:

6人でファミリーウッドスイートに泊まりました。
リビングの他に3部屋あったので、ここに決めました。
入った瞬間からいい香りがして、施設内も綺麗で最高でした。
歯磨きセットやパジャマはなかったが、シャンプーリンスボーディーソープドライヤーはあった。
水も8本冷蔵庫に入っていた。
コンセントはSEタイプ、トイレはペーパーをそのまま流せた。
リビングでは6人みんな座って話ができて良かった。
立地もかなり良く、オリーブヤングやカフェなどある。
チェックアウトと11時と割と遅く良かった。
よく眠れて快適に過ごせました。

Cons:

場所が若干分かりにくかったのですが、上を見たらしっかり看板があった。
空港からホテルまでタクシーが無料で利用できるとのことで、当日かなり飛行機が遅れてしまい、ドライバーは飛行機の遅れなど把握していると思ったが、連絡してももう着いていると待機されて、時間になると帰られた。ホテルへ問い合わせると現地のタクシーを利用してその領収書が貰えればその分返金してくれると対応してくれた。ホテル側の対応は良かったのだが、特典のタクシー利用はしっかり定時に到着しないと利用は難しいと感じた。
シャワールームの水捌けは使った後に排水溝の蓋を外して掃除したら問題なかった。

立地は良かったし、スタッフも良かったけれど、次回は別のホテルを検討すると思う。
Pros:

一部屋にベッドの数が4つあり、大人数で泊まるのに良かった！
立地も観光に便利だった。

Cons:

ダイニングが寛げない。
雰囲気重視の砂利と小上がりではなく、カーペットとソファーにしたほうが居心地が良い。
窓のある部屋がなく外が見えないのも良くなかった。

Great location, would stay again.
Pros:

I recently stayed at a three-bedroom suite in and overall had a really positive experience. The layout of the suite was great—while one of the bedrooms was a bit smaller, the other two were spacious and very comfortable

The location is awesome. A short walk to the trains, Myeongdong, and other places like Cheonggyecheon.

One of the highlights was the front desk staff. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and attentive throughout our stay, which made a big difference and added to the overall experience.

Cons:

Both refrigerators in the unit had a strong, unpleasant odor—something like a sewer or stagnant water smell. The walls are thin and the neighbors upstairs walked so loud that it disrupted our sleep.

While the living room was spacious, it followed a traditional sit-down style with floor seating. The cushions provided weren’t very supportive, and since we’re not used to that setup, it ended up being quite uncomfortable. Because of that, we didn’t get to fully enjoy or make use of the space.

Despite these issues, I would still give this property a strong review. The space, comfort of the bedrooms, and excellent service outweighed the negatives, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Good for short stay
Pros:

Close to most areas, clean. AC is controlled individually in each room and worked really well. Washer and separate great dryer downstairs (free).

Cons:

Close to Gwanghwamun square so it’s very noisy starting very early if there are protests etc going on
The living space didn’t have a couch in our room just a rock garden. Couldn’t open all our luggage at one time, very narrow living space.

Pros:

チェックアウト前日に仁川空港までのタクシーについて質問をすると、すぐに調べてくれて、予約までしてもらえました。所要時間や料金、車の大きさなど丁寧に教えていただきました。ありがとうございます。部屋がきれいでした。

Cons:

床暖房を切りたかったのですが、やり方がわからず、困りました。ヘアブラシなどあればよかったです。
