There is an additional charge to use the spa:
- From Monday to Thursday €29.00 per person, for the following time slots: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM / 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM / 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM / 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM / 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
- From Friday to Sunday (morning), €39.00 per person in the following time slots: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM / 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM / 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM / 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM / 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM / 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
We recommend booking in advance upon confirmation of your quote; alternatively, it will be possible to reserve your SPA entry time on-site, subject to remaining availability.
Children under the age of 16 are not permitted. The Spa Kit is included and features a bathrobe and slippers, which you will find in your room upon arrival."
The outdoor hot tubs are open daily to staying guests from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, free of charge (minimum age 16)Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Il personale è accogliente, gentile e professionale. La struttura è tenuta maniacalmente, camera super pulita e fornita di ogni conforto. Servizi eccellenti, sia la spa che il servizio bike. I pasti sono stati altrettanto impeccabili, sia la colazione, il brunch e la cena. Struttura immersa nel verde, si respira una pace e un silenzio che pochi posti possono offrire. Nessuna nota negativa.

Nel complesso tutto bene anche la parte di ristorazione per quanto riguarda colazione e brunch che erano perfetti, unico appunto per i piatti del ristorante serale, mancavano un po di carattere nel sapore
Hoe mooi het was en het zeer vriendelijke personeel.
Het was nog mooier als het op een heuvel had gestaan. En helaas waren de bubbelbaden buiten al niet meer in gebruik.

Beautiful hotel in a remote and stunning mountain location peaceful, quiet and perfect for relaxing. The interior is modern, spotless and feels brand new, with a lovely spa. Special thanks to the staff, especially the Ukrainian guys in the restaurant, who were incredibly friendly and attentive. We had a wonderful stay!

L'accoglienza, lo staff, la struttura
Struttura e staff: Struttura bellissima, una vera chicca. Camere belle e pulite. Staff e reception giovanissimi, super disponibili e molto preparati.
Ristorazione e servizio: Ottima la formula colazione/brunch. Servizio al ristorante eccellente grazie al maître Cristiano, persona piacevole e preparatissima. Cantina ben curata nella selezione.
Benessere: Piscine esterne fantastiche e comprese nel prezzo. SPA oasi di relax: anche se a pagamento, l'ingresso contingentato garantisce esclusività e tranquillità.
Sostenibilità e plus: Molto apprezzati gli snack di benvenuto e la possibilità di ricaricare l'acqua di fonte dai rubinetti esterni. Zero plastica, a dimostrazione di grande attenzione e cura dei dettagli.
Camera e rumori: Nonostante la splendida vista lago, il bagno della nostra camera era un po' piccolo. Essendo posizionata sopra la cucina e vicina al montacarichi del service, si sentiva qualche rumore occasionale (anche se nel complesso la stanza era ben isolata e ciò non ha intaccato la vacanza).
Cucina: Piatti buoni dove si nota lo studio, ma la proposta dello chef risulta ancora un po' "acerba" e manca di spinta emotiva nei sapori. Consiglierei di definire una linea più chiara (moderna o classica) o creare due menu distinti.
Il personale iniziando dalla reception al servizio ai tavoli e x ultimo alla straordinaria professionalità, competenza e gentilezza della direttrice della SPA, nonché di tutto lo staff. Per non parlare del luogo favoloso e della stanza anch'essa ottima , i sevizi offerti sono pure loro degni di nota ..
La cucina , il cibo dava l'impressione d'essere preconfezionato, surgelato , la colazione nonostante le numerose offerte , per quel che riguarda me e stato carente x esempio di confetture di marmellate monodose , di panini freschi di forno dove poter spalmare burro e marmellata ,
