Pros:

The bathroom is gorgeous. Bed is comfortable

Cons:

The stairs with a heavy suitcase but the staff were very helpful and carried it upstairs for me.

A Great Stay
Pros:

A modern room close to the airport for a 3 day layover. Fast WiFi and hot water. Comfortable bed with a big TV and good channel selection. Down stairs bar was vast and sociable with a good selection of well priced bar meals and a 2 hour happy hour each day. Went to the city from the Tempe train station a 5 min walk and 15min journey. Also good for the Airport at change at Wolli Creek or a nice walk 20min to this station.

Cons:

No sockets by bed.

Pros:

Good location close to airport, had outside seating, restaurant on site, self serve coffee bar upstairs and couch…. Fireplace feature neat! Adequate bathrooms,

Cons:

Weird to say but duvet was super thick so we got hit every night, not used to that, pillows were also very puffy / neck hurt so couldn’t use it lol but that’s just us!

Helpful and nice staff, coffee machine on the floor, just stairs down to the restaurant to the restaurant with garden.

Cons:

The room was missing any table and chair to work on laptop. There were also no bed side tables and power plugs by the bed. And very small and not practical basin.

I was disappointed to find there is no lift, which meant I had to carry my luggage down the stairs early in the morning. This was inconvenient and should have been clearly communicated in advance. Staff is very friendly and super helpful.

Fabulous and well priced.
Pros:

Fresh, clean, beautiful pub fish and chips.Felt very secure and safe.No noise in the room.

Cons:

Only problem was no milk to have a cup of tea.Coffee machine in common area fantastic.

Cons:

This is a pub so staff are on hand only for limited hours. There was no kettle in the room so no way of making hot beverages and the sign on the out-of-order coffee machine in the common area saying to ask the friendly staff downstairs to make a coffee instead was not helpful before 10am. When I raised this by email a very responsive manager knocked on my door and gave me her own personal kettle. The wifi didn't work but another employee was very helpful, eventually solving the problem by connecting me to the staff network. A minor niggle was there being only one power point in the (very spacious) room and it was nowhere near the (very comfortable) bed. But all in all it was a positive experience, given the venue's main and very popular function as a Sports Bar

Pros:

Staff were kind and welcoming here at this cute hotel. It was nice to have someone help us with our luggage to get up the stairs. Our room was spacious, and the bed, with its firm mattress, was so comfortable. The sink in the bathroom is quite tiny, barely allowing for handwashing. The room was very clean, which we appreciated. Makes a traveller feel safe and comfortable. There was a noted lack of places to hang or arrange personal items. It would be beneficial to have hooks or racks along the walls where one could put clothing and the all the random items that one brings along when travelling.

There is a bar / restaurant on the ground storey of the hotel , or you can get coffee or a meal or beers and such drinks. It’s a pretty calm place. Has outdoor seating, too, which is nice.
Perfect for a short stay, and easy access on the bus.

Cons:

There was a noted lack of places to hang or arrange personal items. It would be beneficial to have hooks or racks along the walls where one could put clothing and the all the random items that one brings along when travelling.

A good location for the city and the airport with good service and food.
Pros:

Great room - very big with good shower. The bar and restaurant were really good and the locals were really firendly. Good location not far from the airport. Easy bus route into the city directly outside the door.

Cons:

Very little around the immediate area. But the pub provides good food choices. Local area a little run down with lots of clsed businesses.
