Friendly staff that made check in process quick and without problems. Big spacey room had most things. Nice bathroom with a bath and shower. Quiet rooms where you only heard other people if they walked past. Restaurant next to it was delicious and great, but more pricey than the average.
No option to do your laundry, would've been really convenient and would've made this place better. Closest laundry place was a 10 min walk away. Convenience store is a little further if you were craving something, but that wasn't such a big deal. Had to manually ask to get your sheets changed instead of some card you could put on the bed.

Bed was comfy, bathroom and shower were great. A/C was blowing extra cold and cooled the room down quickly.
Well located close see to ammenities and transportation as well as the river. Staff very accomodating. Restaurant at the basement was excellent.
The location was perfect, it took us about 20 minutes to the Hongdae Shopping Street and the Han River was pretty close. Our room was also quite large.
Water was dripping from the ceiling in our first room, so we had to change rooms. That was quite stressful, but the staff took good care of us.

We have a good stay here. The location was perfect for us, especially since the metro station was nearby. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time here
Really clean, helpful staff, good location (you could get all around Seoul and to the airport within an hour), quiet and close enough to lots of restaurants/bars/cafes - overall a great place to stay!

The room was of a decent size.
The staff had an attitude, and did not really have a customer service approach.
Couldn't switch off lights in the room on two occasions owing to an electrical problem, meaning that we had to sleep with the the main room lights on.
No laundry service, no restaurant on site (the nearby cafe/resto only started serving at 1030).

駅からも近く、徒歩圏内にコンビニや飲食店も多くて便利でした。お部屋も綺麗で、連泊だったのですがゴミの回収やアメニティもドアにかけておいてくれていたので良かったです。
電気の調子が悪かったのか、部屋のスイッチを押してもルームキーを抜いても電気が消えなくなってしまったのが残念でした。
