La ubicación está bien. A pesar de haber muchos bares, la habitación era tranquila.
Hay neverita pequeña, un microondas en la cocina y la lavadora con la secadora. El baño renovado.
No se por donde empezar... La limpieza es nula. Encontramos comida en la nevera del huésped anterior. Hay dos Tv y ninguno funcionaba. Ni te molestes enviarles mensajes por booking, porque ni te contestan.
Nunca vi el persinal de limpieza en le edificio. Tampoco hay personal en el edificio.
Por no obtener ninguna respuesta del dueño por mensaje sobre la queja del aire acondicionado y tv, teníamos que arreglar la tv para poder verla.
Hay aire acondicionado pero es apestoso al encenderlo. Y estaba sucio por dentro.
La decoración en las fotos se ve mejor que en vivo.
No te limpia el cuarto durante la estancia, pero tampoco facilitan algo para limpiar por ti mismo. Había una aspiradora, pero no funcionaba. Entonces me pregunto si el equipo aspira la habitación y limpia el suelo antes de entregarla al nuevo inquilino.
Puede que para 1noche está bien, pero para más se hace difícil. No volvería a alojarme ahí.

There was constant music playing from the adjacent room throughout the night. Wrote messages after messages on booking.com chat (from 1:20 AM to last message at 8 in the morning) with the hotel, no response. Looks like the staff is not active in the night, and it's 9:16 AM now, still no response from the hotel (I have checked out btw, since it's self check in and checkout).
Requested the person in the next room to keep it down, he gave me a thumbs up. Maybe according to him, he decreased the volume, but at an absolute level it was still high. Had to put white noise on YouTube so that I get a few hours sleep at least.
Great value hotel close to food street and other essentials.
Bathroom doesn't dry and feels moist. But besides that no issues

Lage war gut, viele shops bars und restaurants in der nähe, ebenso ca 300 m Fussweg von der UBahnstation
Die Fenster waren klein und nicht gegen Lärm geschützt. Die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr hellhörig. Aus dem Badezimmer kam sehr starker Kanalisationsgestank, ebenso hatte es Schimmel. Der Kühlschrank lärmte die ganze nacht. Auf unsere Kontaktaufnahme zur Bemängelung der Umstände wurde nicht reagiert.
The place was very clean, well-decorated, and had a cozy aesthetic. The layout was efficient, and it felt comfortable for the entire stay. The location in Seoul was also convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and transportation.
Honestly, not much to complain about. The space is a bit compact, but that’s pretty typical and didn’t affect the overall experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at 8 Motel, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I checked in until the time I departed, everything was handled with professionalism and care.
1. Cleanliness and Room Condition
The first thing that struck me was how incredibly clean the room was. As someone who is quite picky about hygiene, I was impressed by the spotless floors, fresh linens, and the overall sanitized feel of the space. The interior design is modern and minimalist, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The bed was exceptionally comfortable—I had some of the best sleep I've had in a long time!
2. Amenities and Facilities
The motel provides everything a traveler might need. The high-speed Wi-Fi was stable enough for streaming and remote work, and the large-screen TV was a great addition for winding down in the evening. I also appreciated the complimentary refreshments and the high-quality toiletries provided in the bathroom. The shower pressure was excellent, which is always a huge plus for me.

The location is another major highlight. It’s situated in a convenient area with easy access to public transportation, trendy cafes, and local restaurants. Despite being close to the action, the room was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's rest without any city noise disturbance.
I had a fantastic stay at Sindang 8 Motel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul. Here are the 5 things that made my stay exceptional:
Perfect Location: It is located just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, making it incredibly easy to explore major attractions like Dongdaemun and Myeongdong.
Impeccable Cleanliness: The room was spotless upon arrival. It’s clear that the management takes hygiene very seriously, which made me feel very comfortable.
Modern Amenities: I was impressed by the high-quality PC and the large flat-screen TV in the room. It was perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.
Friendly Service: The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Despite the language barrier, they went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed.
Great Value for Money: Given the central location and the quality of the facilities, the price was very reasonable. It’s a perfect choice for budget-conscious travelers who don't want to sacrifice comfort.
Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. I will definitely choose Sindang 8 Motel again for my next trip to Seoul!

Plus, it is right near the famous Sindang-dong Tteokbokki Town and various local eateries.
