Wonderful
Pros:

The Hotel is wonderful , staff are a credit and the facilities great. Location is exceptional and we will be returning.

Cons:

The restaurant food was good but limited menu. After you have had fine dining there is no other choice but to eat out. A simpler menu would have been better for guests staying multiple nights.

Lage top, Frühstück von erster Qualität!

Cons:

Fehlende Nachhaltigkeit. Beispiel: Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, noch saubere Handtücher länger zu benutzen, sie werden zu oft gewechselt. Im Bad gibt es viel zu wenig abstellmöglichkeiten bzw. beim Eingang wäre eine kleine Garderobe (hängemöglichkeiten für Kleidung bzw. Taschen) hilfreich.

Lage und Logistik perfekt, Hotel mit direktem Strandzugang, die Liegestühle sind den Zimmer zugeteilt, der hoteleigene Parkplatz zu Fuss in zwei Minuten erreichbar . Nettes, meist junges Personal, das bemüht ist.

Cons:

Zimmermöbel teilweise beschädigt, Dusche viel zu klein mit wenig wertigen Armaturen, die 5 Jahre nach Hoteleröffnung teilweise lose sind, Lichtquellen im Zimmer ungenügend, nur eine Leselampe am Bett, die einigermassen Licht spendet. Frühstück medioker, ohne besondere Sorgfalt, man bekommt sofort das Gefühl, dass alles sehr genau berechnet ist, wie übrigens alles in diesem Hotel, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist deutlich ausgereizt. Wie so oft am Meer, will auch dieses Hotel zuviel darstellen und kann es dann nicht ganz einlösen, das gilt auch für das Restaurant, wo das Essen mit Anspruch zubereitet wird und es dann doch nicht immer klappt mit dem versprochenen Niveau.

This was my second visit … and I will return again .. I love this hotel .. the staff are exceptional.. the atmosphere is more like staying in a large house as a houseguest … with great hosts …
