Pros:

The location was unbeatable, walking distance to the monorail, the bayside and many other things!

The parking request process was not too clear from the beginning so ended up having to park on-site the first night

Great for Bayside Miami.
Pros:

The view, location and the facilities were all excellent. We would stay here again and recommend it.

Perfect stay, good value for money!
Pros:

Then I will 8perfect. The hotel was perfect too with access to a pool and fitness space. The balcony view day and night is magical. Wifi worked perfectly too!
The studio was clean and very well equipped (iron and table, hair dryer, dishwasher, washing and dry machine, oven etc..)
I definitely recommend it!

Cons:

Just missing a chair in the balcony to enjoy the view while reading or drinking tea for example :)

Pros:

Tout était super !! Propreté, disponibilité et gentillesse du personnel. De plus l’emplacement de l’hôtel était parfait, à proximité de tout. Le logement était très fonctionnel et donnait accès à tous les services de l’hôtel.

We booked this property because it clearly advertised a sauna, but there is no sauna. This is misleading and was a major reason for our booking.

Communication was very poor. We had to follow up multiple times, were promised updates that never came, and experienced delays throughout the process. This caused a lot of inconvenience during our stay.

We ended up checking out early and dealing with customer service to resolve the issue. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and we would not recommend staying here.

During my stay, someone tried to access the room. Someone first knocked and then tried to enter with a key. I opened the door and there was a lady walking a way. Not sure what that was about.
