La piscina pequeña, el desayuno y el personal, especialmente Simona y la chica rubia que estaba en el desayuno y que parecía la encargada. Son muy profesionales

Cons:

La limpieza de la habitación: cuando llegamos había pelos en el suelo, una pinza de depilar, y restos de una etiqueta de ropa, que limpiamos nosotros.
El baño se limpiaba y la cama se hacía a diario, pero el resto de la habitación no se tocaba (el suelo lleno de pelos era bastante indicativo), o de hacerlo, era por encima.
Cuando hay tantos muebles y decoraciones en las habitaciones la limpieza es fundamental.
Solo hay servicio de cantina en la piscina pequeña, lo que hace que evites estar en la grande

Amazing hotel that is once in lifetime experience
Pros:

Amazing location on top of the mountain, it’s an experience of staying in a 500 year old castle with modern convenances of air conditioning (so cold), pool, room service, wine cellar, and great staff

It is a real 500 yr old castle and you stay in a room like a king

I am a single dad and traveled with my eight year old son. He loved the castle and pool.
Pros:

Amazing property and staff.

Cons:

It was a bit awkward being the only guests. There were no other guests at the restaurant for dinner. The entire breakfast buffet was presented just for me and my son.

חוויה בלתי נשכחת בטירה פשוט לא מהעולם הזה. הרגשנו כאילו אנחנו נסיך ונסיכה מהאגדות. לא אמיתי שיש מקומות כאלה. טירה מדהימה ביופיה, כל פינה יותר יפה מהשנייה ומכל מקום נשקף נוף פנורמי מטריף. בריכת אינפיניטי מושלמת ועוד בריכה מושלמת לא פחות. שדרגו אותנו לסוויטה רומנטית וזה היה מקסים מצידם. ארוחת בוקר מדהימה ומלכותית. באמת מקום מדהים שלא אשכח לעולם.

Amazing building with fine food and grounds.
Pros:

The room and grounds were fantastic. Comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast was outstanding with so many variaties of food. The Michelin restaurant was exceptional. Swimming pools were well kept and clean.

Pur essendoci fermati per una sola notte abbiamo vissuto un'esperienza che ricorderemo con grande piacere. La struttura è straordinaria: un luogo di rara bellezza, dove storia, fascino ed eleganza si fondono armoniosamente in un contesto curato con attenzione e passione. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la qualità degli ambienti, l'atmosfera esclusiva e la professionalità di tutto il personale, che con cortesia e discrezione ha contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale.
Tra i momenti più memorabili, l'aperitivo al tramonto presso il Sunset Bar merita una menzione particolare. Ammirare il sole che si riflette sul mare del Cilento, immersi in un panorama di straordinaria bellezza, ha regalato un'emozione autentica e un'atmosfera romantica che porteremo a lungo nei nostri ricordi.
