Sehr empfehlenswert, speziell wenn man Luxus und Ruhe sucht
Pros:

Einfach alles. Es ist ein wunderschönes, gepflegtes Anwesen mit allen erdenklichen Luxus. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und fast jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt.
Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, auch hier fehlt es an nichts

Tutto sommato se non fosse per la notte molto bello , ma si paga anche per stare bene la notte ...

Ho pagato molto perché volevo stare in una struttura super , arrivata la camera era piccola e il letto ( divano letto ) era praticamente decaduto ... materasso affondato al centro complessamente decaduto .

Ομορφο κτημα/ resort hotel με πολλές παροχες και ιδιαίτερα φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό .
Pros:

Τα κτίρια είναι πολύ όμορφα , το δωμάτιο είχε δύο ορόφους , το πρωινό ήταν πολύ καλό .

Cons:

Η εσωτερικη διακόσμηση του δωματίου . Επίσης το jacuzzi στο σπα δεν ήταν πολύ καθαρό .

Abbiamo trovato i ricarichi sui menu e sulla carta vini eccessivi
Poca selezione di vini
Al ristorante c’era un buon servizio e qualità. Al contrario il poolbar aveva un’offerta scandalosa: 20€ per una pizza surgelata orribile.
Non regge la menzione sulla guida Michelin.

Beautiful resort with a wonderful fitness center and pool. Service was fantastic and it was only 25 minutes from Montepulciano.

Beautiful setting, but unfortunately not quite a 5 star experience.
Pros:

The hotel and grounds are absolutely beautiful and the setting amongst the Tuscan countryside is pretty incredible. The buildings have so much character and the pools, gardens and views make it a really special place to stay. It’s incredibly peaceful and relaxing.

Cons:

For a 5 star hotel, there were quite a few things that fell short. The dinner menu was very limited and didn’t change, so after three nights we’d pretty much tried everything, while the pool food was basic at best and not the standard we expected. The pools were also freezing to the point we could barely stay in for more than five minutes, and service around the pool was lacking, with very few staff around to anticipate orders and used towels often left on day beds for hours, meaning you didn’t know if they were free. The same small music playlist also played on repeat every breakfast and dinner, to the point that hearing Nina Simone again became frankly painful! Overall, despite how beautiful the property is, the service, food and attention to detail didn’t feel like a 5 star experience.

Tienen una piscina para niños y otra para adultos. El sitio donde se desayuna es un paraiso. En la habitacion siempre tienes agua de cortesia. La finca es increible.

Eins der schönsten Hotel in der Toskana
Pros:

Phantastische Lage, Ruhe, 3 Pools, Gym 24 Stunden geöffnet, schöne Zimmer. Leider ist eine Behandlung bei mir kurzfristig ausgefallen, aber man hat mir immerhin eine kostenfreie Alternative den nächsten Tag angeboten. Wir hatten schöne Zimmer mit einem Garten davor.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war sehr klein, es gab gar keine Ablagemöglichkeiten für meine Sachen, man musste alles auf den Boden stellen. Das finde ich bei dem Preis nicht angemessen.

Un séjour Fabuleux !
Pros:

Le site est remarquable, aéré, décoration et jardins sobres et soignés. Un lieu raffiné et paisible. Le personnel est particulièrement dévoué et à l’écoute. Une mention spéciale pour Vittoria, à la réception, pour sa gentillesse et grande disponibilité qui ont contribué à un séjour inoubliable!
Au Spa, un grand merci à Sylvia pour sa gentillesse et ses massages incroyables !

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner et l’offre du restaurant et à la piscine pourraient être enrichis avec plus de variété.
