Locatie prachtig, personeel uiterst vriendelijk. Vooral mevrouw Plaka Malvina, geen vraag was te veel. Het was echt een top ervaring. Met veel attenties voor bezoekers. Kamers gezellig ingericht. Alles netjes en tip top onderhouden. We waren echt onder de indruk van ons verblijf.

Un très beau cadre au cœur des vignes, reposant et agréable.
Pros:

Le cadre est magnifique, au milieu des vignes, et le lieu est particulièrement reposant. Le personnel est globalement très agréable et la petite salle de sport est pratique. Nous avons également apprécié le restaurant le soir, aussi bien pour le service que pour la carte proposée. Le petit-déjeuner est de qualité, avec un bon choix au buffet et à la carte.

Cons:

La réception manquait un peu de chaleur. Nous avons également été déçus par l’attribution des chambres, notamment pour une catégorie supérieure : absence de baignoire et aucune possibilité de choix. Notre chambre était située juste en face du spa, ce qui réduisait fortement l’intimité, aussi bien depuis la chambre que depuis la salle de bain (à noter que la salle de bain est équipée d’une fenêtre à vitre teintée et dépourvue de rideau ou de store).

Enfin, les événements organisés dans l’hôtel devraient, selon nous, être annoncés aux clients en amont. Le calme et le charme du lieu sont malheureusement vite perturbés lorsque des groupes liés à des événements occupent une grande partie des espaces de l’hôtel. Les espaces communs et le petit-déjeuner se sont retrouvés très fréquentés, avec une clientèle de groupe parfois moins habituée aux codes et à l’atmosphère de ce type d’établissement. Le personnel semblait dépassé par l’affluence, et était moins disponible, moins présent et moins attentif au service.

אנחנו אוכלים צמחוני ודגים בחול (ללא בשר ופירות ים) ולא ממש היה מגוון מה לאכול במסעדה של המלון בערב היינו שמחים שתהיה איזו פיצה/פסטה איטלקית שהגענו לאיטליה😅 אז פשוט יצאנו למסעדות באזור

Another amazing stay! As returning guests, it was such a lovely surprise to be upgraded, which made our trip even more special.

The customer service is incredible—everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They really make you feel at home.

The food is honestly some of the best we've had in Italy. Every meal was delicious, and we looked forward to every breakfast and dinner.

Just a wonderful place to stay. We can't wait to come back again!

fantastisch en rustgevend
Pros:

De ruimte in en rond het hotel was enorm ruim en volledig in de natuur en in de rust.
Het personeel van poetshulp tot restaurant en receptie was extreem vriendelijk en behulpzaam
De ligging van het hotel bovenop de heuvel was fantastisch voor het uitzicht en rust.

Cons:

Het enige min puntje was de lange oprijlaan van 1 km die volledig in witte grind bestond. Hierdoor was je auto altijd wel heel vuil. Maar is eerder meer een probleem als je met een sportauto komt en een echte autoliefhebber bent.
