Pros:

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Gardasee. Das Personal war freundlich. Wir hatten uns entschieden draußen zu parken. In der Tiefgarage ist es für große Autos ein bisschen eng. War alles kein Problem. In dem Ort Brenzone ist nicht viel los um abends nochmal durch die Gassen zu schlendern. Fahrräder kann man im Hotel auch mieten. Wir sind damit problemlos nach Malcesine gefahren. Frühstück war auch gut. Es ist für jeden was dabei

Die Lage, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Ich habe nichts auszusetzen. Wir waren zufrieden.

Very convenient and comfortable
Pros:

Convenient and clean, good breakfast, good location, nice pool. Great to see a happy groundsman around the hotel every day!

Cons:

It was a decent 3 star hotel, housing bus tours. A bit outside Malcesine but we had a car. €15 per night to park in the hotel garage. Parking charges all around are very steep.

Pros:

Frühstück sehr gut, sehr gute Lage, wir waren im neuen Hotelbereich untergebracht und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und vollkommen ausreichend und Ausstattung (Klimaanlage, Dusche, Kühlschrank und Fernseher) super.

Cons:

Leider nicht mehr deutsche Fernsehprogramme, aber das ist bei super Wetter nicht wichtig und wir hatten super Wetter

Pros:

My first reaction was that the hotel location could better - but spending time at the property one realised that it had the right balance of peacefulness (no crowds) and access to the lake, facilities etc but also with transport options - walking, cycling, bus, boat and car.

The room we had was generously proportioned, fitted out and light and airy. The balcony was a real positive especially when traffic calmed later in the day. Big thumbs up.
Attentiveness of some staff. The invisible ones need a mention as the rooms were flawlessly cleaned and presented every day. Good job. The groundsman and handy man Giovanni was more than just helpful he went out of his way to assist. Reception staff were welcoming and helpful.
The breakfast team worked hard but consequently there wasn’t any time for guest engagement… it then leaves a somewhat industrial impression on guests. More could be done here.

Cons:

In the new block the beds were more than just firm beds - the mattresses could be kinder to weary bones. But that is a personal preference - a bit like boiled eggs… some prefer hard, some soft but often a medium blend meets most people’s expectations!
Breakfast could be better laid out to avoid heavy congestion typically around the coffee machines. It would be better for one to be placed at either end of the serving area so that the crowd could be split… but it’s best to have someone do a time and motion study to determine the optimum flow of the whole breakfast set up. It is best described as chaotic. The calmer seating outside is weather dependent but then subject to smokers which really isn’t on at meal times. There are plenty of other areas to smoke and hotel policy should be firmer about this especially with children and pets present.
The bar offering, facility could be soooo much better and better aligned to the beach bar sister business across the road. It didn’t seem to make much sense - it lacked cosy spaces, atmosphere and fun - it should be the heartbeat of the hotel and was simply a poor attempt at a nightclub setting, with some odd drinks thrown in o…

Spedziliśmy w Drago 7 dni. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i baza wypadowa. Hotel i obejście bardzo zadbane, pokoje czyste codziennie sprzątane. Śniadania moze monotonne ale duży wybór, pyszne wypieki. Basen zadbany, leżaki w wystarczającej ilości. Napoje w przybasenowym Snack barze bardzo dobre, obsługa miła. Parking na zewnątrz i podziemny płatne, ale warto zapłacić. Nieoceniony i zawsze pomocny Giovanni zawsze w pogotowiu. Polecamy.

Toller Aufenthalt, Personal an der Rezeption vermittelt allerdings das Gefühl, nicht willkommen zu sein.
Pros:

Top Lage, Fahrräder für 2 h kostenlos, SUP und Kajak wurden zur Verfügung gestellt , tolles Frühstücksbuffet, großteils sehr freundliches Personal, sehr sauber, schöner Ausblick.

Cons:

Zwei Damen an der Rezeption waren nicht besonders freundlich, man hatte das Gefühl, beim in die Luft Schauen zu stören und lästig zu sein. Die Erklärungen beim Einchecken wurden - teils sprachlich unverständlich - heruntergerattert, nachzufragen war nicht erwünscht. Zumindest nicht bei uns.
