The hotel's location, comfort, and staff were all excellent! Be sure to visit the Lucas restaurant; it's a must! The chef's incredible craftsmanship will leave you speechless!

Cozy upscale hotel in the heart of Florence with the best staff and amenities you could ask for!
Pros:

Centrally located to the city of florence. Staff was incredibly friendly, and were able to make my pet accommodation extremely comfortable for my dog.

Highly recommend this boutique hotel
Pros:

The location was close and walkable to a lot of sites. Staff was excellent and always friendly.

Cons:

Can’t say there’s much to dislike. There was an incident w card needing to be replaced as it would not work for our a/c or light but was quickly rectified
