Pros:

L’emplacement. Le confort du lit et de la salle de bain. Chambre spacieuse

Cons:

Mauvaise isolation sonore entre la porte de la chambre et le couloir. Pas de vue: petite cours sombre ce qui donnait l’impression d’être en sous-sol

Great location easy access from a water taxi not a far walk with luggage. Room was clean had everything we needed.

A wonderful hotel, centrally located and wonderful staff

Cons:

My room was right next to check in desk. This was not mentioned when booking. I was not a problem this trip as I was in room v briefly, but for a longer trip, it would be smart to advise of location of room.

Wunderbares kleines Hotel im Herzen von Venedig.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist klein und sehr fein. Alles total sauber und das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse sehr variantenreich. Die Lage ist super zentral. Vieles ist direkt zu Fuß erreichbar und die nahegelegene Vaporetto Station offeriert einem zusätzliche Mobilität. Im Innenhof kann man sehr gut für ein paar Drinks verweilen.

Pros:

Everytjing was gorgeous. The building itself is beautiful, the air con was wonderful and much needed, and it even smells lovely when you arrive. The service was excellent, our room (35) was lovely and very clean. Everything worked as it should. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows were good, the shower was great. The breakfast was high quality, good variety and plentiful. The staff were excellent. The location was brilliant too, easy to access many places on foot. Overall, a great room, great sleep, great shower, great breakfast, great service - would absolutely return to this hotel. Can't think of a single negative thing I could say.

Location was great. Breakfast was quite a spread and delicious. Room was very good. Grateful they explained how the lights worked upon arrival.
