Pros:

Personal je bio jako ljubazan. Pozicija hotela odlicna za prespavati na putu prema moru.

Cons:

Jedino u ovom hotelu nisam bila zadovoljna doručkom. Izbor hrane je vrlo skroman, gotovo da nema raznovrsnosti. Ništa nije izgledalo svježe, a kafa je bila lošeg kvaliteta. Očekivala sam mnogo bolji doručak za hotel ovog standarda.

Jedino što mi se svidjelo je udobnost kreveta sve ostalo je za nula

Nigdje nije bilo naglašeno da bazen nije u funkciji tek mi je rečeno kad sam došao u objekt i platio doručak je bio prosječan ništa na razini 4 zvjezdice. U sobi me dočekala bočica sa 3 body losiona i tek jednim malim šamponČićem

מלון נוח מרווח ונעים ליד קניות בזאגרב

חדרים נקיים נעימים ומרווחים
חניה נגישה צוות מקסים לבבי עוזר מסביר פנים
הייתי מאוד מאוכזבת לגלות שהספא והבריכה היו סגורים לרגל שיפוצים ומנהל המלון והצוות היו מאוד נחמדים מכילים מבינים נתנו שירות מעולה ועשו הכל שהשהות שלנו תהיה נעימה בכל זאת ואכן כך היה !!! תודה רבה. לכם על זה הפן האנושי חשוב יותר מכל מתקני המלון :)

הייתי מצפה ממלון ברמה הזו לשים בקבוק מים בחדר ואיזה פותחן בקבוקים ליין :) המיקום הוא לא במרכז העיר ולא קרוב לשום דבר פרט לקניון מעולה !

לנו אישית זה התאים לצרכים אבל כל דבר דורש יציאה לכביש מהיר עם רכב וכדאי לדעת את זה
