Pros:

Great location, it’s in a quiet neighborhood but very connected with public transportation, such as trains and buses just in a few minutes walk and less than 20 minutes from the Venice main island. Staff is friendly and explained in detail the transportation options which was nice.

Este aproape de statia de autobuz spre Venetia, lenjeria de pat a fost curata, deasemenea si prosoapele de baie, clima a functionat bine

Nu e foarte curat😏
Praf pe caloriferul din baie, mi se pare neigienizat bine la baie in special...
Am ajuns cu doua ore mai repede, am anuntat ca ajungem mai repede si nu au vrut sa ne cazeze 🙁

Pros:

Z hlediska dopravy do Benátek dobrá lokalita, kousíček od ŽS Mestre. Své uzavřené parkoviště. Po setmění ale trochu pofidérní (dost výrazně tmavo, ale jinde v okolí na této straně od nádraží to o moc lepší nebude). Proto je to své parkování fajn pro dobrý pocit.

Cons:

Snídaně rozhodně nestála za těch 10€, byla fakt hodně chudá. Z proteinů byla k dispozici mortadella a vejce natvrdo. Žádná další jiná šunka, míchaná vejce nebo párek, nic. Část nakrájené mortadelly byla oschlá, a to jsme naběhli hned na začátku. Taky mají něco hrozně špatně ve vodoinstalaci, někde jim musí protékat horká voda do studené, protože studená (ehm, tedy vlažná) voda začne téct až tak po dvou minutách a vypadá to, že závisí na tom, jestli někdo další má nějak puštěnou vodu. Když si za snídani připlatíte kartou místo cash, a budete ji chtít zrušit (jako jsme to chtěli my), tak "sorry sir".

Staff were great! Great value for money
Pros:

Staff were friendly , room was clean, value for money. We needed help with our luggage being stored which the receptionist was extremely helpful with.

Not much - location wasn’t as close to the train as expected but manageable
