It was a disappointment.
Pros:

Its only advantage is its location.

Cons:

It’s unbelievable to me that this hotel is rated five stars. I simply don’t understand it. In my opinion, it barely deserves four stars.
There was an unpleasant smell in our room, similar to the smell of a room where people had smoked in the past and the furniture, carpet, and walls had absorbed the odor. The carpeting in the corridors was also dirty.
Overall, the hotel feels very dated, worn-out, and poorly maintained. The breakfast was also very average and nothing special.
Overall, it was a terrible experience. Fortunately, we only had to stay for one night.

You can get stuck by protestors
Pros:

Clean and close to almost all downtown location.

Cons:

You could get stuck in this property as there is always a chance that a protest can happen and this is on the main square where most protest happens so you might not be able to leave the hotel. Always check the date if you use it as a location for flying out from Zagreb.

La chambre l’emplacement

Cons:

Le fait de ne pas pouvoir inverser la clim ( qui ne soufflait que du froid) alors qu’il faisait 12 degrés la nuit… et qu’il y avait du chauffage dans le restaurant… difficile a comprendre pour un hôtel qui se veut haut de gamme

Nice, quiet hotel in great location.
Pros:

Excellent location. Room was great size, comfortable and lovely & quiet. Great breakfast - really helpful, friendly staff.
Great decor.

Cons:

Couple of niggly problems with room - control knob broken on shower for example.

Pros:

Location, rooms, professional staff, facilities, delicious breakfast. Perfect location to visit Zagreb on foot, close to all the sites, all the best restaurants and all the shops.

Sehr komfortables Hotel in absolut zentraler Lage
Pros:

Sehr komfortables Hotel mit geräumigem Zimmer und großem Bad. Ein sehr bequemes Bett und die Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine sowie ein tolles Lichtkonzept haben das Zimmer sehr angenehm gemacht. AC und Tresor vorhanden.
Das Hotel liegt absolut zentral! Es verfügt über eine kostenpflichtige Garage. Personal sehr freundlich.
Das Frühstück ist eine Mischung aus Buffet und a la carte. Die Bestellungen von der Karte schmeckten sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Brotauswahl am Buffet hat uns etwas enttäuscht, vor allem am zweiten Tag schien dieses vom Vortag zu sein (hart). Das Personal beim Frühstück hätte etwas aufmerksamer sein können (öfter nachfragen), schien aber einfach überlastet zu sein (zu wenig Personen).
Im Bad konnte man kein Fenster öffnen (zum Lüften). Wasserdruck etwas niedrig.
