Pros:

Personel çok iyiydi. Çok yardımcı ve turistin halinden anlayan gereksiz konuşmayan süper bir çalışan.
Oda temiz güzel ve yeniydi

Cons:

Klimanın yeri. Önemli görünmeyebilir ama 40 derece sıcakta klimasız uyumak çok zor ve klima direkt yatağa hatta direkt kafana üflüyor açsan bir dert açmasan başka dert.
Garip ve tenha bir meydandan otele giriliyor ilk etapta tedirgin olduk sonra alıştık.
El duşunun askısı yoktu. Elinde tutarak yıkanabiliyorsun.

Pros:

El trato personalizado de la chica que estaba en recepción. La limpieza y ubicación fueron perfectas. El desayuno muy rico y la habitación muy amplia . Volveré a repetir!

Magnífica
Pros:

Cabe destacar la amabilidad de Ana ( la chica que nos atendió ) ya que nos dio muchísimas facilidades, fue muy cercana y agradable. Además, la habitación estaba muy limpia y acogedora, repetiríamos sin lugar a duda.

Comfortable, friendly and informative
Pros:

The staff were friendly and very accommodating. I Accidently left some items behind and one of the staff called Anamaria met me half way at a convent spot to return the very important items to me. I highly recommend staying here if you like trusted staff who can provide you with lots of information about where to go in Palermo.

Tutto perfetto! É stato un piacere ritornare! Clara e Ana ci hanno riservato un'accoglienza calorosa, la struttura é in posizione centrale, la camera é moderna e confortevole, la pulizia é impeccabile. É stato un soggiorno molto piacevole.

J’ai ´ perdu ´dans la chambre un bracelet en plaqué or et strass
Je l’ai posé sur la table de chevet le soir et non mis le matin pour ne pas le
Perdre à la plage. je ne l’ai pas retrouvée à mon retour à la chambre à 23h .. la réceptionniste m’a aidé à chercher le
Lendemain car plus personne a l accueil à cette heure là mais nous ne l’avons pas retrouvé .. j aurai du pensé à mettre au coffre meme si il n avait pas grande valeur monétaire .. cela s est passé 1 jour avant mon départ le début du séjour s était très bien passé réception agréable chambre propre et à proximité de tout pour les visites . Juste cet événement a gâché mon séjour..

Pros:

Nicely located for the old town. Ana was super helpful with information and storing of luggage. Arrival information was very detailed. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Lovely cafe for breakfast (the straight out of the oven chocolate bread was amazing!) and a gelato cafe very close by.

The exterior of the entrance you would never think was a hotel but go up one set of stairs to the door of the hotel once inside it’s just a small really friendly hotel.
