Pros:

The staff were incredibly helpful and very friendly.

Cons:

Just outside the entrance it felt a little hidden with like a building barrier. The staff was great though, that they came to meet me at the taxi.

Accueil et emplacement au top !
Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal, l'accès très simple et surtout, l'excellent accueil et l'accompagnement dans notre séjour par Clara et sa collègue, qui se sont montrées toutes les deux très réactives et disponibles 😍

L'extérieur en travaux, le bruit (un double vitrage serait le bienvenu !)

Aangenaam verblijf.
Pros:

Aan de buitenzijde leek het een verlaten vervallen hotel in een gebouw. Achter een deur zat een klein prachtig warm hotel verscholen. Met goede hygiëne en zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Cons:

Palermo is een drukke stad, dit zorgt voor lawaai tijdens de nacht. Het hotel heeft wel rolluiken voorzien om het geluid wat te dempen.

The staff were very helpful. The room was great and the location near the centre was a bonus

This is not the hotel’s fault, there is building work going on outside but it’s a fairly noisy city anyway.
