Struttura nuova, servizio sufficiente
Pros:

Posizione ottima a 2 passi dalla fermata metro S Giovanni con adiacenti moltissimi ristoranti e bistrot
Struttura pulita, molto basica (la tipologia dell'alloggio lo richiede)

Cons:

Ti viene offerto un drink di benvenuto che è veramente di scarsissimo livello.
Il tè era imbevibile, la coca Cola era allungata con l'acqua.
Piuttosto non offrite nulla, tanto il cliente non ha aspettative.
Stessa cosa dicasi per la colazione che era veramente molto scarsa nella scelta.

Pros:

Posizione molto comoda per concerti al Circo Massimo e in generale vista la vicinanza alla metro.
Rooftop super tattico e ben rifornito.
Staff gentile e accogliente.
Stanza ha tutto ciò che serve.

Cons:

Il letto alla francese è un po' piccolino

Close to a metro station. About 20-30 mins to the Collyseum by walk. There are good restaurants and bistro close to the hotel.

Amazing staying! Worth the price!
Pros:

The room is very comfortable and clean, and the staff make you feel extremely welcome. There is tea available in the room, a welcome drink, and a very delicious breakfast. I highly recommend it.

Cons:

It’s about half an hour from the city’s historic center. This wasn’t really a problem, as there is a metro station nearby and the neighborhood has fewer tourists and more locals. That turned out to be a very enjoyable experience as well.

Pokój był czysty a materac wygodny.

Cons:

Niestety śniadania były dużym rozczarowaniem. Przyszliśmy około godziny 9:00, mimo że śniadanie było serwowane do 10:30, a wielu produktów już brakowało nie było sera, szynki ani parówek. Uważam, że przy płatnym śniadaniu wszystkie produkty powinny być regularnie uzupełniane do końca czasu jego wydawania. Dodatkowo wybór był bardzo ograniczony dostępne były jedynie pieczywo, jajecznica, parówki, ser, szynka, pomidor, ogórek, jajka, dżem i Nutella. Jak na hotel, oferta śniadaniowa była zdecydowanie zbyt uboga.

A good compromise between price and location. We loved the bar on the roof.
Pros:

Rome is famously expensive and this hotel was a good compromise being a little to the south-east of the historical centre but with good transport connections. The bar on the roof was a real bonus, surprisingly underutilised and with great views (of tatty rooftops rather than the sights, but an interesting skyline nevertheless).

Cons:

First, the address is wrong, it is actually in a small road parallel to the road quoted. As we arrived quite late it was a pain to have to trudge round the block asking directions. I am aware that property is at a premium in Rome but the room was more cramped than I had hoped and it was hard to lay out a suitcase. There appears to be an attempt at slickness which actually feels impersonal.

Pros:

Es war sehr schön, absolut zu empfehlen. Schöne Dach-Terrasse wo man frühstücken usw kann. Kurzer Weg zur Metro. Tolles Preis- /Leistungsverhältnis.
