La posizione è fenomenale. 10 minuti anche meno a piedi dal duomo e da piazza del campo. La gentilezza dello staff che ringrazio per ogni consiglio. Stanze pulitissime. Servizi di cortesia con acqua nel frigo ogni giorno. Grazie di tutto.

Pros:

Charmantes Hotel mitten in der Altstadt, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Auto kann in der Nähe parkiert werden.

静かでリラックスして過ごせます。
Pros:

建物自体は古いようですが、ホテルはリニューアルしてまだ3年との事でとても清潔感がありました。
受付の下の階にはドリンクのサービスなどあり良いおもてなしを感じました。
スタッフのSaraの対応がとても良かったです。

Cons:

エレベーターがなく、スーツケースを持って狭い階段を登るしかないです。
2人で泊まるには狭めの部屋でした。

Torre antica con tutti i comfort e camere nuove, bellissime e pulite linde.
La notte in cui ho alloggiato presso la struttura avevano disponibile anche l’ultima stanza in alto e così ho approfittato di un cambio stanza proposto gratuitamente dallo staff. La vista era davvero una meraviglia, e sono rimasta colpita dall’attenzione al cliente dimostrata.
Tra l’altro, anche alloggiando in altre camere, è possibile godere della vista da un terrazzino verandato all’ultimo piano.
La colazione è in omaggio, come anche acqua, snack e bibite.
Lo staff è molto cordiale e disponibile.
Che dire… un punto fermo per fermarmi a Siena!

Pros:

Charmiga och fina rum och otroligt fint bemötande och service av personalen. Mycket centralt läge men lugnt. Utmärkt på alla sätt när man vill njuta av Sienas gamla stadsdelar. Missa inte heller det mysiga rummet längst upp på hotellet.

We would stay again the staff & room were perfect 🤩
Pros:

The staff were so nice and v helpful
The room was compact but well designed very comfy bed nice shower etc
Easy walk to main square etc

Cons:

Luckily they put us on the 1st floor we would have not liked all the stairs to get to higher rooms - no lift 👎
We parked at the railway station which was a bargain at 4 euros for 2 nights - got a taxi to the hotel from there which was 15 euros ☹️
You could walk it but we had a big case.
