Most power sockets were European, in Australia????not convenient for Australians. The rooms were very small, no room to put luggage for unpacking

Pros:

Front of house staff were genuinely helpful and friendly. Guest welfare was a priority.
Outlook from the room and the deck were spectacular. Location was perfect for us.... between city and the parks and gardens.

Cons:

Two chairs for two guests would have been appreciated.

Pros:

Quality food for breakfast. Evening meal also of high standard. Friendly helpful staff. Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I thought walking to Kings Park may have been closer and easier.
However with a little effort it was possible to visit.

I had a very pleasant stay and would happily return,
Pros:

I had breakfast once. Although I was impressed with the selection eating food that has been in a Bain Marie for this long didn't appeal again. Yes, I could have had the fruit, cereal, toast and tea but did not see anywhere that this was a choice. Having said that I could have asked but didn't assuming it would be the same price. I was in Perth to explore and so enjoyed looking for interesting places to eat, and there is many.

Cons:

Although the bathroom worked fine and the shower was beautiful, after every use I had a flood to mop up, water escaping under the door. The lighting took some time to work out, in fact I had to turn on the torch on my cellphone so I could read what button to push was frustrating, What ever happened to switches? An easy stroll for me into the city but probably not for someone with a walking disability. However, the free bus to Elizabeth Quay outside the hotel was a bonus and cabs/uber not a problem.

Convenient location, friendly hotel staff
especially morning staff and General Manager will go round chatting with customers to share the place of interests to visit in Perth and nearby

Great 2 day stay
Pros:

The staff are nice and friendly. The breakfast from menu and second day buffet was amazing. Highly recommend. Very clean and comfy beds.

Cons:

Our room was a bit scuffed up on door and the light on back wall kept flickering on off, so had to use a stronger light.
