+ Dobra lokalizacja
+ Duży parking
+ Wygodny basen
+ Świeże produkty na śniadaniu (jeżeli jadłeś o 7.30)
+ Wygodne łóżko

Cons:

- Śniadania: Na bufecie bałagan, brak talerzyków, filiżanek. Podawano kawę rozpuszczalną (instant). Na pieczywo trzeba czekać. Chyba, że byliście o 7.30 - wtedy było czysto i przyjemnie. Wydaje się, że za cały serwis odpowiadała tylko jedna Pani. Za mało personelu?

- Pokoje: Mocno zużyte. W łazience wypadają wieszaki na ręczniki. W pokoju gniazdko, które notorycznie wywalało bezpieczniki. Włącznik deszczownicy prysznicowej mocno zużyty. Ściany brudne, pomazane.
Z całą pewnością zrobili to turyści, ale hotelarze powinni takie usterki usuwać.
Wygląda to tak, jakby od 2022/23 nikt nic nie naprawił.
W pokoju były tylko papierowe kubeczki (hotel ma podobno 4*). Poprosiliśmy o filiżanki i otrzymaliśmy je bez problemu.

- Sprzątanie: Było jeżeli się do czekaliście. Serwis zaczynał sprzątanie od 9 a nasz pokój o 16.30 nadal nie był przygotowany. Sami podchodziliśmy do personelu i prosiliśmy o świeże reczniki bo nie mogliśmy się doczekać sprzątania przez 7 godzin.
Zgłosiliśmy ten problem ale nie spotkał się ze zrozumieniem personelu. Nigdy wcześniej nie spotkaliśmy się z sytuacją aby czekać na sprzątanie do 16.
Może również za mało personelu?

- Komfort: unikajcie pokoju 25!!!
Znajduje się nad kuchnią. Zostaliśmy tam zameldowani. W pokoju jest bardzo głośno i wynika to, z tego, że sąsiaduje z instalacja wentylacyjną kuchni. Zwracaliśmy uwagę personelowi i udało się wyłączyć wyciąg od 23 do 6.30. To zdecydowanie za krótko, aby się odpocząć na urlopie. Musieliśmy o to prosić każdego wieczoru.
Gdy wyciąg był już wyłączony w pokoju było bardzo cicho.

Cons:

It was one of the worst stays I have ever experienced.

The hotel is advertised as a thermal hotel, but there were around 10 children playing in the pool, which made it feel more like an aqua park than a thermal hotel.

The staff didn’t show us around the hotel at all, they don’t know how to speak English. The thermal pool was green, and apparently they were experiencing an issue with it. The room itself was okay, but the pillows were uncomfortable. The air conditioning was also set to automatic, and we couldn’t lower the temperature below 24.8°C, which was very uncomfortable.

I could only stay in the hotel for around 10 hours. Considering the price I was charged, I honestly feel completely scammed. This was nowhere near the experience I expected or the standard that was advertised.

Soggiorno semplicemente fantastico! Hotel bellissimo, curato in ogni dettaglio, con ambienti accoglienti e un’atmosfera davvero piacevole. Ma ciò che ha reso l’esperienza ancora più speciale è stata l’ospitalità: un enorme grazie al proprietario Alessandro, sempre gentile, disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza, e a tutto lo staff, professionale, cordiale e sorridente.
Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa e torneremo sicuramente con grande piacere. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca qualità, accoglienza e un soggiorno indimenticabile! Grazie di cuore ad Alessandro e a tutto il team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Εξαιρετική εμπειρία από την αρχή μέχρι το τέλος! Τα δωμάτια είναι υπέροχα, προσεγμένα και ιδιαίτερα άνετα, ενώ η πισίνα αποτελεί ιδανικό σημείο για χαλάρωση, τόσο το πρωί όσο και το βράδυ για να πιεις το κοκτέιλ σου!

Το πρωινό είναι πραγματικά πλούσιο, με μεγάλη ποικιλία τόσο σε αλμυρές όσο και σε γλυκές επιλογές, καλύπτοντας κάθε γούστο. Εξίσου καταπληκτικό είναι και το μενού του εστιατορίου, με πολύ νόστιμα και προσεγμένα πιάτα.

Ιδιαίτερη αναφορά αξίζει στο προσωπικό, το οποίο είναι πάντα ευγενικό, χαμογελαστό και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστείς.

Τέλος, μια από τις πιο ευχάριστες εκπλήξεις ήταν η πραγματική αγάπη και φιλοξενία που δείχνουν στους μικρούς τετράποδους φίλους μας! 🐾 Για όσους ταξιδεύουν με το κατοικίδιό τους, αυτό κάνει τη διαμονή ακόμη πιο ξεχωριστή.

Σίγουρα ένα μέρος που θα επιλέγαμε ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη και που αξίζει απόλυτα την επίσκεψη! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
