Decepcionante.
Pros:

Por destacar algo, la amabilidad del personal.

Cons:

Está alejado de casi todo, hay que recurrir al coche o autobús para todo. El restaurante está bien, si comes carne a rabiar, en nuestro caso muy pocas opciones. Habíamos elegido este hotel por las vistas que supuestamente tiene del
Lago. No existen!! Porque además buscábamos tranquilidad, por lo que decidimos que fueran hoteles sin niños. Había familias enteras.

A beautiful retreat with exceptional hospitality in an unbeatable setting.
Pros:

Villa Clementina is perfectly situated, with beautiful views and a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay, and Richard in particular went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, accommodate our requests, and ensure everything was seamless. His warmth and attention to detail made our stay genuinely memorable.

Cons:

Very little to fault. The only suggestion would be to offer all-day room service, as there were times between meal services when we would have loved the option.

A very nice boutique hotel with an excellent team and host. All of them were very nice and helpful and went the extra mile for us. The garden is amazing, so is the view and the food in the restaurant.

Formidable séjour! Accueil chaleureux. Tout le personnel est aux petits soins. La vue, le calme, l'ambiance de l'hôtel est vraiment appréciable. Tout est très propre et bien entretenu.

Cons:

Le seul point peut-être à revoir c’est le restaurant.
Même si c’est très bon et que c’est une cuisine locale, le tarif est élevé pour une cuisine familiale.

A hidden gem on Lake Como with stunning views!
Pros:

The staff at Villa Clementina went above and beyond in every way. From coordinating all of our drivers and transfers to preparing a personal breakfast bag for our early morning departure, the hospitality was truly world class. The dinner was exceptional — the soup of the day was made with fresh vegetables straight from their garden, and the breakfast each morning was delicious. The views are absolutely breathtaking and the location is stunning.

Cons:

Honestly the only thing we wished was different was that we had booked more nights! We did not get the chance to enjoy the pool or the hot tub, and we will absolutely be coming back just for that. There is truly nothing negative to say about this property.
