Clean, comfortable and modern apartment
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, modern, spacious room and bathroom, with big fridge, and coffee machine.

Cons:

Breakfast order was not taken as advertised at 7:30am, but delayed to 8am on the Saturday that we stayed due to the hotel floor being polished. This has slightly affected our schedule in running a large seminar for that day as a result.

Pros:

New property, very thoughtful furnishings, comfortable rooms. We booked a 2 bedroom, which is actually 2 separate units with an additional front door that allows you to keep the individual unit doors open.

Cons:

Be aware that the property charges 3.5% for Visa/Mastercard transaction fees plus GST on top on the fees. Amex is 2.4%. This wasn’t made known upfront although there was a sign on the counter which wasn’t obvious at my check in section. This fee is unavoidable because they don’t accept cash. My suggestion to the front desk team is to specifically highlight this fee during the check in process, especially to overseas guests, also because it is almost 2x more than what other merchants in Australia are charging. This was the only thing that made a great stay not so great.

Overbooking?
Pros:

Couldn't say as they didn't let us stay there!

Cons:

Despite booking a room for 6 nights months in advance, I received an email on the day I was due to check in (while on the plane to Sydney!) saying they could no longer accommodate us. No reason given beyond that.
They arranged for us to stay instead down the road at the Quest, which was of lower quality and also further away from where we needed to be.
I suspect they are overbooking and got caught here. Not impressed.

Great location and comfortable space.
Pros:

Very well appointed and spacious. While it’s located on a busy road there was absolutely no traffic noise to speak of. Was a lovely comfortable space to come back to after a few stressful days. Great shower and I love the Mr Smith toiletries, such a nice touch.
Located right next to the Metro station access to the city is quick and easy
Made travelling with our dog so easy and stress free
We’ll definitely be back

Cons:

Nothing really so these points are just being picky!
No proper breakfast options at the weekend and the nearby cafes were closed on Sunday
No hand towels or face washers supplied but I’m sure I could have asked for them. Also no sponge or dishwashing liquid for dishes in the kitchen. There is a dishwasher but a bit excessive to use for one or two mugs.

Great apartment for extended stay
Pros:

Room was perfect for our family and staff went out of their way to ensure it was set up exactly as we needed. The location was so good for our Sydney stay. Metro station only metres away and Macquarie Centre and uni walking sldistance in good weather or one station away.
Loved being able to cook and do laundry in room.

Cons:

Nothing. Keen to stay there again.

It is best classified as an air bn b type Accomadation. Not 4+ hotel material
Pros:

New built amenities good gym

Cons:

Telephone didn’t work over the entire stay . Staff said no maintenance staff over the weekend. Had to go from 17 floor to reception for any needs. There was no information on the hotel on printed form or on the tv. Very scanty room service . Where this hotel is located if no catering / room service is not available it is a fair walk to get to a restaurant. Certainly not 4 star as advertised

Awesome location
Pros:

Room booked for tertiary student to attend event at local university campus. Safe clean and close to public transport.

Cons:

Not a lot of storage space for clothing if you wished to unpack fully.
