As I had booked on Hotels.com I was surprised to discover I had actually booked a room in a house, sharing a toilet and bathroom with several other guests.
The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, but all in all not what I was expecting.

Lovely room in big house with shared spaces. Michael was a great host, very easy to communicate with and was welcoming and understanding when we arrived late. Loved the layout and design of the house, I can see it being easy to share with others. I will say the Wotif ad was a little confusing, saying things like "this room has a private patio/balcony" which is untrue, but the shared outdoor space was lovely.

Thank you very much for the wonderful accommodation and hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and the great amenities.

Ok. So it's not a hotel. Duh. While a little cute the description is accurate. It's a bedroom in a shared home with a shared bathroom. It's very good at that. Good sized room. Comfy big bed. TV. Access to modern kitchen and deck. Spa. Nice dog. Nice people. At the price it delivers above it's type.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Friendly and helpful hosts.

I was not expecting this to be somebody’s actual home in which they let out individual rooms to guests. Because of this it felt quite strange and weird as if you were invading their personal space.

Great hosts, beautiful space and immaculate interior design! Brought our dog, they were so kind to have us all last minute. Thank you

Mornington is a great place to visit any time of the year. Michael our host was very accommodating and helpful

Lovely home, but felt a little uncomfortable.

The coffee machine was the best I enjoyed. Also, I had a big table in my room to allow me working on my computer work and I was happy with the big table.

We arrived at the property expecting a house to share with other travellers and own area. Instead it was someones home. We felt like intruders, were never shown any amenities apart the bathroom to share with everyone else. We were not given any password to internet facilities or shown where we could even make a coffee. The bed was comfortable and the room clean

Very friendly couple own the house, full of good advice and ideas of what to do in the area.

It was luxurious and peaceful, a great place to unwind and have a spa.Micheal and Nadia are great hosts.The bed was so comfortable.

Hosts were very friendly and approachable. Property was well fenced for dogs and dogs made very welcome.
Access to crockery, toasters etc was very good. A range of tea and coffee was available.
Only one bathroom to share was not a problem on this stay.

Location:It is just within 30m from a bus stop that one can easily take a bus to Frankston direction or Dromana Beach. Good for traveller without a car. Besides, it is quite near to the Red Hill region where can find a lot of vineyards. Visit vineyards is a must do activity in Mornington Peninsula. Can bike to there or call cab.

Cleaniness: it is very clean, no matter the room, toilet or kitchen area... Also the house is well decorated, full of well chosen fragrant, very pleasure!

Spacious: the room is big & comfortable. Guest can use the open kitchen, oven, kettle, fridge etc.. in gist self making simple meal is possible. It also has a big garden with hot tub pool provided. Surprising really!

In conclusion, every thing is too good and happy. Worth to try!

Very nice property and very nice surrounding of area. We enjoyed it. There was also some good company at the same time
