Easy check-in, friendly, clean and close to where we needed to go.
Loved location and everything about the place, staff were really nice and was very happy with all the facilities. The walk through the park to get to town was just beautiful, would highly recommend a lovely walk through the park into the centre of town and the amazing free bus service for getting back.
Only very minor thing was the traffic noise, not to be helped much with the location, but I think having slatted windows made excluding the noise harder. Though totally understand this was not easy to avoid with the age of the accommodation.
The lovely lady at office was so friendly and helpful and made me feel so welcome .
Really nice place. Rooms are small but it’s okay for 1 person. Only negative the water pressure in shower very weak.

La chambre et les parties communes sont propres. La cuisine est bien équipé et même de quoi prendre un petit déjeuné gratuitement. Le personnel est sympathique.
La chambre est un peu petite et l'insonorisation n'est pas parfaite, mais c'est OK.
Was close Roma Street station and had has public transport near by . Free bus on the city loop only 150 meters away and UBER / Taxi can pick and drop directly outside Hotel . It’s a secure premises with only staying customers having access via card / code access

La limpieza, mucho moho en el techo y mucho polvo en el cajón de la plancha, habia mucho olor a humedad y la ropa incluso me empezo a oler después de unas horas alli.

the room, bed, pillow, towel, sheets and cover are clean; the bathroom clean everyday.
one of the staffs, he’s attitude is bad; we arrived lately cause the flight, and the lock at the first time wasn’t work, thats not because we did the wrong way, but he were impatient and even with a little discriminatory tone…
also the room cleaning service, if it can be included in the case which stay more three nights, that will be better…
need to pay AU$5 if u want to deposit luggage, for the traveling people is inconvenient…
THE WORSE thing is, the last night i stay, i don’t know what did they do outside, it was very noisy, and it‘s more than 22:30 or 23; we don’t allow to make noise after 22:30, but we were disturbed late at night.
