The facilities are well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. If you're looking for a quality stay in Brisbane without breaking the bank, K2 is a great choice for both short and long visits.

Cons:

However, there are too many additional charges. For example, they charge 10 AUD just to store your bag for a few hours until check-in time, along with several other extra fees. Additionally, the bed sheets and doona cover do not meet the required health standards. The inside of the doona cover often comes out, which could potentially contribute to the spread of skin diseases between guests.

Amazing stay!
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and kind — I really recommend this hotel!
If I stay in this area again, I would definitely love to come back.
The room was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean as well.

Pros:

It was a really nice place and was just what I needed for a night in Brisbane. It was easy enough to find with a beautiful public park nearby. It was clean, organised and the communal area was very very good.

A well-equipped and clean landing pad for travellers
Pros:

Very clean, has everything a traveller needs, helpful staff, and conveniently located near Roma train and bus terminal. Lovely to have the park just across the road.

Cons:

Quite a lot of traffic on the roads around the hotel so noisy if you want to open windows

El 14 de Mayo! fue desbloqueado de mi tarjeta de crédito los 200 Dólares Australianos que el Establecimiento me bloqueo el día de MI LLEGADA CÓMO FIANZA, EL 12 DE ABRIL!!.
MÁS DE UN MES DE ESPERA PARA EL DESBLOQUEO!.. Me puse varias veces en contacto con el Establecimiento, y un tal Daniel, me dice que tarda unas semanas y que todo depende del Banco!. Semanas más tarde, me pongo en contacto con mi Banco y me dice qué EL ESTABLECIMIENTO NO HAY HECHO LA GESTIÓN DEL DESBLOQUEO!.
QUIÉN HA MENTIDO, "MI BANCO" O EL ESTABLECIMIENTO!!???.
ME PARECE FATAL QUE HAYÁIS DESBLOQUEADO LOS 200 AUD TRAS MÁS DE 1 MES DE ABANDONAR MI HABITACIÓN.
YO! ESTOY RECORRIENDO AUSTRALIA DÓNDE SÉ ME HA COBRADO OTRAS FIANZAS LAS CUÁLES FUERON DESBLOQUEADAS INMEDIATAMENTE TRAS IRME!.

Great value for money. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous, and from my perspective willing to go the extra mile to ensure you have a great stay. Would recommend to anyone wanting a budget friendly stay in Brisbane.
