Clean, modern and stylish. Perfect also for solo travelling.
Pros:

I loved this hotel and the staff. I arrived in the morning after a long-haul flight from Australia and on discovering this, the staff helped me to find a room that was available early so that I could check in and rest; it was so thoughtful and very much appreciated! The room was clean, modern and perfect for my stay. Also very central and within a close walking distance to the Duomo and the centre, with many cafe options along the way. Will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel and staff. Don't bother with their lounge - go out to the lovely local restaurants!
Pros:

Lovely room, quiet hotel. Great shower and bed.

Cons:

The lounge and atrium were disappointing. Outdoor ashtrays were not emptied so the area was dirty and smelled. Service was hit or miss. The first night service was great, the second time we visited we couldn't get served (although it wasn't busy). Very disappointing.

Lovely and convenient
Pros:

Loved the location, and the modern atmosphere of the hotel. Food in the restaurant was very good.

Cons:

We did not like the fact that we had to ask the hotel staff to activate the air conditioning of the room from their command center.

Alles sehr gut, hat uns sehr gut gefallen dieser Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, es ist alles sehr gut erreichbar. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundliche und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Frotteewäsche riecht sehr speziell. Ich würde eine andere Reinigungsfirma nehmen. In unserem Zimmer Nr. 118 funktionierte die Lüftung im Bad nicht, was auch ein spezieller Geruch verursacht.

Great for my Milan Visit
Pros:

Solid 4-star accommodations. Comfortable, clean, well maintained, quiet, excellent customer service. 15 minutes walk from Duomo meant less noise and tourist traffic. Trolley runs by front door.

Cons:

The Lounge has a beautiful courtyard, but the included breakfast is served in -1: missed opportunity for excellence.

מלון טוב במיקום מצויין

המלון די חדש , נקי מאד מסודר צוות מקצועי. מיקום מצויין

Cons:

המלון מתוכנן בצורה מיוחדת. החדרים גדולים אבל לפחות בקומה שלנו עברנו חדרים עקב תקלה בחדר הראשון . שלושת החדרים שונים בתכנון הפנימי והבעיה העיקרית מבחינתי היא אחסון המזוודות.

Pobyt uważamy za bardzo udany
Pros:

Bardzo dobre położenie, wszędzie można się dostać tramwajem- zarówno do centrum miasta jak i na dworzec. Personel bardzo miły. Pokój hotelowy standardowy - miał wszystko co powinien mieć

Cons:

Można poprawić śniadania - brakowało warzyw- pomidorów, ogórków, kukurydzy, sałatek itp. Przydałyby się też kiełbaski na gorąco które są standardem w każdym polskim hotelu, ale za granicą właściwie nigdzie nie są serwowane. W TV przydałby się chociaż jeden kanał muzyczny - inne kanały trudno się ogląda w nieznanym języku.
