Perfect for a short stay before to take the train or the airport shuttle bus
Pros:

Hotel very near from the station which was the main objective.
Very well organized, nice staff and clean rooms.

Cons:

While the isolation from the outside noise works very well, internally, it is noisy.

What a lovely little hotel! Despite some reviews, I didn't find it difficult to locate at all. Just ring the intercom and wait for the staff to let you in.
The building itself is old and full of character. It even has a charming vintage elevator with heavy metal doors and wooden interior, which gives the place a unique atmosphere- like being in a Claude Chabrol movie, with its old-fashioned charm, mysterious corridors, and timeless atmosphere. The building is full of interesting offices, apartments, balconies, and flowers, while the entire second floor has been beautifully renovated and turned into the H22 hotel.
The staff were exceptionally kind and professional, the highest standard of hospitality. They truly make you feel welcome.
The hotel is tastefully designed, bright, comfortable, cozy. I felt very relaxed there and slept extremely well.
The location is perfect, just a five-minute walk from the central railway station and the metro. The surrounding streets are full of cafés and bakeries, so finding a nice breakfast is effortless.
I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Postive Überraschung
Pros:

Es wurde versucht einen Unterschied zu den vielen anderen Pensionen in Neapel zu machen und ich finde, das ist gelungen.
Im Vorfeld wurde per WhatsApp ein Video geschickt, wo sich der Eingang befindet, das war sehr nützlich. Der Herr an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hatte gute Tipps. Das Zimmer war viel besser als auf den Fotos dargestellt. Bis auf das Fenster war alles sehr sauber. Im Zimmer gab es kleine Annehmlichkeiten wie nette Deko, einen sweet Corner, Wasserkocher und Teebeutel, eine Sitzecke, Bücher. Safe im Zimmer und die Klimaanlage funktionierte sehr gut. Auch die kleine Aufenthaltsecke der Pension war nett.

Parfait pour deux nuits en sécurité !
Pros:

Hôtel parfait! Dans un bâtiment vétuste mais parfaitement rénové au niveau de l'hôtel. Présence permanente à l'accueil, sécurité assurée, confort des chambres, bonne isolation même si ce n'est pas parfait par rapport aux bruits de la rue. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner dans un des cafés au pied de l'hôtel. C'était excellent !

Très belle prestation dans un.immeuble ancien en plein cœur de Naples
Pros:

La personne qui m'a accueilli a été très chaleureuse et professionnelle !
Les chambres sont toutes neuves, dans un immeuble ancien à 100 mètres de la gare Centrale de Naples et sur la Place Garibaldi
La décoration est chic, melangeant moderne et ancien avec bonheur !
Je n ai jamais vu une chambre aussi impeccablement propre !! 0 défaut !!

Pros:

Except the shower , rest of the recently renovated hotel was great.

Cons:

The shower was a total disaster as the water comes out in loads through the poorly sealed split glass doors. This left the rest of the floor soaking wet all the time.
