Amazing location, comfortable clean rooms, you have to wear a swim cap in the pool
Pros:

The room was really comfortable and spotless, the air con worked well.
The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the best beach on ischia and walkable to Forio. The breakfast and coffee is good. The owners were very kind and lent us their parasol for the beach, which saved us so much money if we’d had to rent one every day! The gardens are beautiful

Cons:

You have to wear a swimming hat to be able to use the pool. This is much less comfortable in hot weather and put us off using the pool at all. I know this is common in France and Italy but It felt like a money making exercise as the reception sold hats, even if they were only 2.50. You’re never expected to wear these in Spain and Greece. The rule seems to be annoying everyone including Italians, I saw an Italian lady using a shower cap in the pool!
The jacuzzi also wasn’t in use although it was advertised.

Charming accommodation within east reach of everything.
Pros:

Loved our stay, yes a little dated perhaps but we found it quite charming. Very clean . Lovely staff. Delicious omelette for breakfast and good coffee. About a 5 minute walk down to the nearest beach. Another 10 mins into Foria with loads of shops and restaurants. Amazing sunsets and lovely people.
Language barriers as most don't speak English but we managed rather well and picked up quite a few Italian words.

Cons:

Mosquitoes the rain on the last night bought them out to play !

Pros:

Non mi viene in mente nulla che mi sia letteralmente piaciuto. La pulizia adeguata e il personale si è mostrato disponibile nelle pochissime richieste fatte

Cons:

Struttura parecchio datata, che a mio avviso necessita di interventi di ristrutturazione. La colazione non era il massimo. Non ho pagato per un hotel 5 stelle, e non pretendo un servizio 5 stelle, però non risulta proprio economico confrontandolo ad altre strutture nella stessa fascia di prezzo

Buona posizione, molto tranquilla, da Forio Porto con qualsiasi bus, alla terza fermata quella del campo sportivo, si raggiuge comodamente ed è ben segnalata, oppure a piedi in 15 minuti di orologio passando da lungomare Chiaia. Dalla statale si procede verso la collina e la zona è tranquilla. La pensione è posizionata tra tante casette. C'è una piscina all'aperto, e una vasca idromassaggio. Dalla pensione si vede Forio e di sera è proprio un belvedere. Volendo si può cenare con un supplemento di 20 eu. La Sig.ra Concetta è gentilissima, il cibo casalingo, molto buono. La colazione è abbondante c'è di tutto dolce e salato

Cons:

L'arredamento delle stanze, sembra di essere in quelle pensioni anni 70. Ma non manca assolutamente nulla.

Tranquillo e piacevole

Posizione ottima, tranquilla non lontana eccessivamente sia dall'accesso ai bus che dalla spiaggia come pure non lontana dal centro se si vuole fare una passeggiata.

Pros:

Struttura in posizione davvero ottima, a due passi dal mare, perfetta per chi desidera trascorrere un soggiorno all’insegna del relax e della comodità.

Una nota di merito particolare va allo staff, eccezionale, sempre disponibile, gentile e professionale. A rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole è stata la cucina, semplicemente sublime, con piatti curati e di grande qualità.

Un’esperienza davvero positiva, che consiglio assolutamente e che spero di poter ripetere presto!

Era pulita e accogliente
La vista al tramonto è bellissima, rientravi dal mare e ti soffermavi a guardare.. una sensazione di pace e tranquillità assoluta

La struttura è a gestione familiare e le persone erano gentili e accoglienti
Ho scambiato una chiacchiera con i proprietari e sono bravissime persone, umili e grandi lavoratori
L’ambiente ti trasmetteva aria di casa, la colazione buona..tutto cucinato da loro e di qualità
