Pros:

- Very friendly and attentive staff, they really go above and beyond to accomodate the guests.
- Excellent location, the hotel is literally at a metro station (yet quiet enough to have a good nights sleep), and very close to the railway station.
- Clean room, spacious bathroom.
- Good selection at breakfast.

Everything was ok, the room, the bed, the breakfast. Good location very near to "Centrale", from where you can access all Milano by Metro.

Horrible
Pros:

The website double booked my stay. The hotel refused to refund me or change dates. They knew that I only needed one room but charged me for 2. I even asked if I could have another date but this was refused.
